Very unsatisfied with my Thanksgiving ham. I've used the Gainesville Virginia location for many years and have never had an issue. My ham barely had any glaze and wasn't completely cut as normal. The representative questioned the manager about the ham I was given on his own. The manager said that she specifically gave me that ham and I would get a $2 refund because the only other hand they had was $1 more. I was in a rush and didn't think to intervene because I've never had a bad experience. This ham is absolutely horrible. I am very disappointed!!! I'll never think to use that location again

Ordered online and pre-paid for my ham and turkey breast for Christmas. Walked in, and they had a separate line for prepay. The wait was no more than 10 min from when I walked in to when I walked out. They had it down pat and was like an efficient assembly line.

Today was my first time visiting the store this afternoon. The lady at the door was super friendly and greeted everyone who came through and wished us a happy TG before advising which lanes to stand in. The cashier and male attendants who were standing behind her were short with people and did not give customers enough time to grab their items before calling up the next person. When I was given my bags, they said nothing until I asked, " was that the end of my transaction" and the male dully said "yes." If I didn't say anything, I would still be standing there until the evening. The people at the counter had lackluster personalities and should be retrained on how to provide better customer service. I will not recommend this business.

So well organized for the Easter rush! Staff were friendly and efficient, helpful over the phone, too. Food was tasty (Pot Roast with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Green Beans and Pecan Pie). Also ordered Ham for Christmas and it was delicious!!

Always shop at this location and the ham, take out food, and personnel are top notch! Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating personnel. Lots of options in sizes and cuts of the best ham you can purchase! I’ve bought Smithfield, red label Smithfield, and many others, but none compare to the mild, rich, and brown sugar/cinnamon flavors of Honey Baked Ham. Highly recommended.

Ordered products online and was able to conveniently pickup with good service with a smile.

Do not do pre orders for thanksgiving or other holidays. The wait time for pick up exceeded 1.5 hours on 23 November 2022 even though we had pre-paid online.

Don't pre pay for your order. People who didn't pay online go to the front.
