Their honey baked Turkey is delicious and their rum cakes sampler 👍 👌 😋 Also their employees were kind and hard-working. They went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant as someone who does not eat ham or pork products at all.

Expensive
Although they are very pricey, their product is exceptional. We really only pay that price once a year, at Christmas, but the ham is so consistently fantastic that we return year after year. They also are very efficient with plenty of staff on hand at the holidays. The store in Fairfax does great!

I only go there to pickup Christmas meal, but I go every year. I did it again this year. For $145, I got half a ham with four sides. Great ham, good sides, and great and efficient reserve and pickup process. I expected I'll be back for the next year's Christmas meal.

When I went to pick up my order, the store had many customers waiting for their food pickups. Fortunately, I had scheduled a pickup time in advance, so the process was quick and satisfying. Of course, the honey-baked ham was excellent—it's the best!

Very unsatisfied with my Thanksgiving ham. I've used the Gainesville Virginia location for many years and have never had an issue. My ham barely had any glaze and wasn't completely cut as normal. The representative questioned the manager about the ham I was given on his own. The manager said that she specifically gave me that ham and I would get a $2 refund because the only other hand they had was $1 more. I was in a rush and didn't think to intervene because I've never had a bad experience. This ham is absolutely horrible. I am very disappointed!!! I'll never think to use that location again

Ordered online and pre-paid for my ham and turkey breast for Christmas. Walked in, and they had a separate line for prepay. The wait was no more than 10 min from when I walked in to when I walked out. They had it down pat and was like an efficient assembly line.
