Ordered online and pre-paid for my ham and turkey breast for Christmas. Walked in, and they had a separate line for prepay. The wait was no more than 10 min from when I walked in to when I walked out. They had it down pat and was like an efficient assembly line.

Today was my first time visiting the store this afternoon. The lady at the door was super friendly and greeted everyone who came through and wished us a happy TG before advising which lanes to stand in. The cashier and male attendants who were standing behind her were short with people and did not give customers enough time to grab their items before calling up the next person. When I was given my bags, they said nothing until I asked, " was that the end of my transaction" and the male dully said "yes." If I didn't say anything, I would still be standing there until the evening. The people at the counter had lackluster personalities and should be retrained on how to provide better customer service. I will not recommend this business.

I love Honey Baked Ham and really enjoy their chicken salad on a croissant...but they were out of chicken salad today because they were out of celery. What a disappointment. In spite of not having what I wanted, the staff was friendly and dining room was clean.

So well organized for the Easter rush! Staff were friendly and efficient, helpful over the phone, too. Food was tasty (Pot Roast with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Green Beans and Pecan Pie). Also ordered Ham for Christmas and it was delicious!!

Always shop at this location and the ham, take out food, and personnel are top notch! Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating personnel. Lots of options in sizes and cuts of the best ham you can purchase! I’ve bought Smithfield, red label Smithfield, and many others, but none compare to the mild, rich, and brown sugar/cinnamon flavors of Honey Baked Ham. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst HBH. I'm not sure who hired the older African American woman with the gray hair, she had a hat on and off while I was there, but she needs to go through customer service again. Another reason for the one star, I had to say my order three times and they still got it wrong. I order two sandwiches and initially received one. And then when I informed them, they made it seem like I MADE THE MISTAKE. I also FINALLY received my sandwiches and check the contents of the bag in my car and I have ONE packet of Dukes mayo, which I don't even like and ONE packet of their Hickory Honey Mustard...FOR TWO SANDWICHES. And the cheese on my Taverns should have been cheddar, it was American, yuck!

Do not do pre orders for thanksgiving or other holidays. The wait time for pick up exceeded 1.5 hours on 23 November 2022 even though we had pre-paid online.

Ordered the majority of our Thanksgiving feast from here & everything went great! Online ordering was simple & easy. Our pick up time was noon the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Went for pick-up right at noon & everything went so smoothly (we didn't experience long lines like other reviewers). We ordered 1/2 ham, 1/2 turkey breast, green bean casserole, bbq beans, cornbread stuffing, & mashed potatos. All the sides came frozen in prepackaged TV dinner like boxes so I was SO skeptical. Green bean casserole wasn't really a "casserole" but more like sauteed if that makes sense. Green beans were quite crisp & not as soft as I would've liked. Bbq beans were yummy! Nice flavor. Mashed potatos were creamy & fluffy. Cornbread stuffing was TO DIE FOR. Loved how it crisped up at the top but was soft on the bottom. Ham was okay but the turkey was phenomenol!! Meats came precut too which was very convenient. Everything was so easy to heat up the day of Thanksgiving. It was low stress but absolutely delicious. The only complaint is that everything was a tad too salty for my liking. Overall, we will most definitely be ordering from here for future holidays!
