On a Saturday at 5:15 pm not busy at all. We left after 15 minutes and never even being approached by any wait staff at all. Terrible service even said to the hostess up front we never go served she just smiled and said have a good night. Okay. 🤷🏻♀️

The manager, Amanda, is very sweet and meticulous, and so are all the other managers. The waitresses are also the best. Food is super and patrons are great. It's a great place that honors the Veterans. They also have wonderful food and beverage specials, and tons of TVs. I highly recommend the Fairfax VA Hooters!

Really sad to see they have discontinued the spicy garlic. Literally the only reason I would go to hooters was to eat the spicy garlic wings & it’s very unfortunate to see that they have took more than half their sauces off their menu. Also they charge for ranch now?? What is that about?? Can’t believe I had to pay to eat my wings with ranch, that is just so insane to me because I would’ve never expected it. Sad to say that they have lost customers of 15+ years.

I am distraught. I come to Hooters at least 4 times a day. It is the last place where I loved the wings. I am now sad to say with the discontinuation of the spicy garlic, chipotle honey and other flavors paired with no longer serving the shrimp tacos, I officially wont be back. I truly hope they can bring the flavors at the bare minimum back.

The hospitality was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and knew I would be well taken care of. The staff set the tone right away with warm greetings, and the service throughout the meal struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. It’s abundantly clear they take pride in making guests feel comfortable, and that attention to detail truly stood out.
Our server, Nikki, deserves special recognition. She was excellent from start to finish — attentive without hovering, quick with thoughtful recommendations, and always checking in at just the right moments. She had a friendly, upbeat energy that made the meal even more enjoyable, and she clearly knows how to read the table and make the dining experience personal. Having someone like Nikki looking after us elevated the entire visit, and it’s rare to find that level of service these days.
