The hospitality was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and knew I would be well taken care of. The staff set the tone right away with warm greetings, and the service throughout the meal struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. It’s abundantly clear they take pride in making guests feel comfortable, and that attention to detail truly stood out.
Our server, Nikki, deserves special recognition. She was excellent from start to finish — attentive without hovering, quick with thoughtful recommendations, and always checking in at just the right moments. She had a friendly, upbeat energy that made the meal even more enjoyable, and she clearly knows how to read the table and make the dining experience personal. Having someone like Nikki looking after us elevated the entire visit, and it’s rare to find that level of service these days.

Liv was amazing! She was on her service on multiple tabels. I hope the airforce and the fbi dream scoops out. My Philly was good. So glad a hooters is still around thank you for the throw back to my high-school days.

We drove 30 min to get to this hooters. I was so excited to get there and have a nice date lunch with my husband for his treat. We were so disappointed when we were seated to see the server. Liv was so unmotivated, not bubbly at all, and just over all a buzz kill. She barely made any eye contact with me, nonetheless my husband. She was so nonchalant and didn't seem to care that she was not even being a good waiter, not to mention not living up to the hooters girl standard on any front. I couldn't allow our treat to become a punishment, so I urged my husband to go drive 20min more to the Chantilly location instead.

5 star experience thanks to our server, Riley. She’s a star! There was also an awkward moment when her manager (I think his name was John) came out from the back and scolded her for what seemed like nothing at all (we heard the whole thing, very off putting for a manager to do this in front of dining customers) but she did not let it phase her at all was was super friendly and professional throughout. The type of server you’d want working at your own restaurant!

0 Stars if I could. Food as usual, no issues. Service, horrible, no refills, no checking in. No silverware /plates. it's not hard to do your job, but at least your regular customer got his hug. Dirty tables all over, half the place is empty. The bathroom smells of raw sewage. Don't Go, we will never be back. This place is the reason they declared Bankruptcy.
