I had a great experience with Insomnia Cookies. They initially messed up my order, but when I called, the staff was super responsive and kind. They immediately corrected it and re-delivered exactly what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was top-notch ..excellent customer service!
Avoid this location. I waited over 30 minutes for a single cookie. Multiple people came in after me and got their order before I did which is very puzzling. I had to ask numerous times before they finally brought my order out. Do yourself a favor and go to Crumbl instead.
10/10! They were warm when I got them and just the perfect classic chocolate chip cookie. These were vegan/gluten free and you would never know the difference! Just delicious!
