Great cookies, went here with some friends. If you were looking for cookies, this would be a great spot to go to.

Lovely cookies, soft and gooey. Their blondies are also amazing.

Inside is pretty clean, and employees are super friendly.

Their white chocolate macadamia nut and triple chocolate cookies are the best.

All of a sudden, I had a sweet craving tonight. The time was 12:30 am, when I looked up google maps and the first dessert place, open near me at that time was insomnia cookies. I came here right away at 12:50 am. Despite being very close to the closing time (1 am), I was really happy and satisfied with the dessert as well as the service. We got a scoop of the "dreamweaver ice cream" and a scoop of "caramillionaire ice cream over a brownie". They even heated up the brownie for me. Everything tasted great. The service was so good that they didn't even sulk that it was closing hour. I would recommend this place 10/10 for any sudden sweet cravings!

Terrible customer service! I come to this location at 10:30pm while another customer is walking out with cookies. The lady rushes to lock the door as she see me walking up. This location closes at 1am (posted online) I tried to get the lady’s attention to get a sense of why she couldn’t serve me. And she straight up ignored me while I’m standing in the cold. Maybe this lady has terrible customer service skills or she could be racist, non the less this is unacceptable and disappointing.

For $30 I received 6 tiny cookies that I could’ve made better myself. So displeased.

The cashier was quick and the cookies are always great. However, they should pay more attention to the music playing in the store. If you’re curious just look up Boris Gardnier, and it’s the song he’s famous for. Do better, Insomnia Cookies!

I ordered cookies to be delivered to my granddaughters soccer tournament. When they arrived, they were soft and still warm. Omg if you want great cookies, this place is one to Def try! You won't regret it! It will be your favorite cookie spot.

Ordered some cookies online and came inside to pick up. The girl was scooping ice cream even tho she heard the sound of the door. She also looked at us for a moment and then continued to scoop ice cream. The bare minimum is a “Hi.” Unpleasant atmosphere. The cookies were also a lot harder than it typically is when I’ve ordered at other locations.

Kyla has been so sweet! I sent a message to the shop asking for a joke and she sent a note with 3 jokes on it. 3 for 1! The cookies are so good, I would highly recommend this shop. Even though it’s a big chain it still feels like the mom and pop vibe with the jokes.
