on february 28th, i went to get some cookies. the guy at the register with glasses & black hair was so rude & had the worst attitude. we took a look the menu & got ready to order. he didn’t greet us or ask if we were ready to order, not a word. i said hello, no response. just a blank angrily stare. so i proceeded to order i got a six pack & there was suppose to be a 7th cookie because of the deal going on. i opened the box & there was only 6. so i asked him can we get the free cookie? he had an attitude like all you had to do is turn the corner & grab the cookie. like i didn’t ask you for much. he said “ you should’ve said something if you ordered the 6 pack” mind you we literally ordered a 6 pack so i said “we did order a 6 pack”. & he turned around with a sassy attitude & came back the cookies & proceeded to bang my cookies into the counter. he really needs an attitude adjustment it’s unprofessional.

Wow, what happened to this place. I picked up several kinds of cookies today and all tasted like old socks. Either they've massive downgraded ingredient quality or they're serving old stuff. I'll have to try a different location to check but this one is definitely crossed off the list, horrible.The staff also seems like we, the customers, were bothering them.

I order from here all of the time and decided to get two scoops of ice cream to go with my cookies. The cost for two scoops is $6 and my total order was $40+ I have included a pic of what those scoops look like. What I got was a quarter of a whole scoop. What a scam! Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Still yummy. This spot is still a bit hidden behind the main shops at university mall. We had and enjoyed the chocolate chunk and m&m and snicker doodle. The peanut butter was ok I probably will pass next time. Tastes so good warm.
