Pros: The steak and cheese is consistently great here. One of my favorite places for steak and cheese subs.
Cons: Lots of cross contamination at this location. Major lack of hygiene. They do not change gloves. They touch the computers, phones, and their faces and then proceed to make sandwiches with those same gloves on. After touching deli meat and raw meat they then touch the veggies.

Goes by the name of "Kenneth," & likes to ignore customers and walk away in the middle of a transaction, earning his place of employment a single, dim star.
There was a young hispanic female with a masculine appearance at the register who demanded that I pay for my sandwich before it was even prepared and provided to me. I had never experienced this treatment at any fast food sandwich establishment and asked for clarity. The cashier said you would be surprised about how many people run out of here with sandwiches. I was very offended and will not be revisiting this location. I would not recommend visiting this location unless you want a sandwich with a side of racial profiling or being insulted if you look young. Poor customer service .Staff not friendly or welcoming. Extremely uncomfortable experience.

Order Italian Sub in a tub requested dressing on side and not in bag Also the amount of lettuce was next to nothing for a salad alo g with the other veggies that came with it. For price paid disappointing. Over all salad was good.
