Always speedy service and they never get my order wrong. I order here probably 3 times a week (crazy, but its that good). Along with the rewards, this store has given me free sandwich vouchers. Great customer service!

Food is good, but I ordered and paid for it in advance and when I stopped by to pick it up, the order had not even been started. The receipt was still sitting in the machine. They were able to prepare it fairly quickly, but only asked one of the employees how long the receipt had sat there. They apologized, but probably should have offered me a free drink or something for the inconvenience.

I ordered my food online from the website. The first time I ordered it..I asked for extra mustard n they put extra mustard seeds. Cant eat it all. Than I ordered the 2nd time.. veggie sandwich, when I was eating it, It tasted meaty, fishy, and smelled like it too. Than when I lifted my sandwich up.. I found tuna meat on the bread.. why is there contaminating from handling one meat sandwich to another. There should always be good food handling procedures when making sandwiches and it should be separate when hanging veg food. Its just gross that I found pieces of tuna in my sandwich. I couldn't finish it again. I want a full refund for my food. This place needs to be closed down due to food hygiene issues.

I love this location! Was disappointed when it closed for. Few months last year. New ownership took over and re-opened. Always great service, great sandwiches and freaky fast! My go-to sub is the #1 (Pepe) with Dijon mustard. Simple and perfect. Walk away full, but feeling good, not over stuffed. Try to go here at least once a week for lunch.

This location closed and reopened a short period later. We used to come here frequently since we live minutes away. Today was our first time back since it reopened. This is how they make sandwiches now. Turns out they're now under new management. Goodbye JJ's - I get more food with airline pretzels.

Always a hit. Love Jimmy John's and this place was no different. Always try to stop when I am out of town if I am looking for a place to eat that is quick since there are none in our area but the food is better than the other chain sandwich shops.

Ordered over the phone. Picked up 15 minutes before they close. When I got home the sub was wrong. Call and tried to get it remade made correctly they said they couldn't because they were closed. He offered us a credits which I accepted only to have him call back five minutes later and say my story was fishy and he had changed his mind and was not going to give us a credit. He made me drive all the way back to play a audio recording of the order to him. I run a business and all phone calls from my cell phone are recorded. After we got to the restaurant and played the recording for him he accused us of making our subs too difficult so that they would mess up. After proving to him that we had ordered these exact Subs many of times and from his restaurant the exact same way. He accused us of using a gift card intentionally to keep him from being able to refund our meal. The only reason I had a gift card is because I found hair in my food at Jimmy John's and they sent it to me to try to get me to come back. Never again I do not work hard all day to buy dinner and be called a liar and that I'm intentionally trying to make their job hard. He even said to us why didn't you just eat it . How hard is their job all they're doing is put things on bread. The only thing he kept saying over and over again and go ahead and complain to corporate where closing on Friday and I don't care.

This is the worst jimmy john's I've ever gone too. They were not friendly, accomodating nor helpful in any manner. I asked to purchase a Lunch Box meal and were told I have to buy a minimum of 4 boxes to buy just 1. I informed them in Florida from which I live, you can buy just 1. They wouldn't accomodate my request, hence my comment non helpful nor accomodating. I would not recommend any to visit this location.
