Even during the COVID pandemic, they are freaky fast!They have lots of great menu items including the beach boy and the Italian night club. I like that you can get a pickle on the side as well. My favorite thing about Jimmy John's is the way they shred their lettuce. It is just so good! The bread is honestly a little bit boring, but I think that's OK because they really load up the sandwiches with toppings. Sometimes they put mayo on things as a default even when it doesn't seem like mayo should come on these things. But it's never too much mayo anyway.They also offer an array of sodas, chips, and cookies like any good sandwich shop should.

I ordered curbside pick up from this Jimmy John's at the height of the pandemic and restaurant closures. When I arrived, I called to let them know that I was outside. They asked that I come in to get the order. So there was no curbside pick up as advertised. I go in and to my surprise there was a couple sitting down having lunch. I mean fountain drinks, subs, and everything. They were the only ones inside eating at the time. I was shocked because inside dining at every restaurant/carry out was closed. The worker behind the register did not have on a mask. I wrote to their corporate office only to find out that this location is franchise owned. I ended up tossing the sandwiches in the trash due to this.

This is absolutely the worst Jimmy John's on the planet! This is the 3rd bad experience with this location. I just placed an order online to be delivered and my order never showed up. After 45 minutes, I called the store and was told that the driver left 25 minutes ago with my order and another order. No apology was given by the person on the phone. After 1 hour, I asked for a refund, because I had a meeting to get to. The associate told me that manager would refund my money and it would take 2-5 business days. Again, no apology. Like I mentioned this is the 3rd bad situation with this location. I've been ordering from Jimmy John's in other areas for year's and never any problems. The owner should look at new management for this location.

Always speedy service and they never get my order wrong. I order here probably 3 times a week (crazy, but its that good). Along with the rewards, this store has given me free sandwich vouchers. Great customer service!

This is the best Jimmy John's around. The quality and freshness speak for themselves, but our favorite part of this store is the team! See we are big fans of a show called "Gravity Falls". When we place our mobile order we use the names of our favorite characters for the "who's it for" name. Every time we do this the team will write the names or add others on the wrappers. WE.LOVE.THIS! Most recently, the team printed out the characters as stickers and put them on the wrappers. Cool picture attached (makes us hungry). We'll be back soon. In the meantime just wanted to share our appreciation for the folks in Fairfax going above and beyond EVERY.TIME and always making sure our experience is fun and enjoyable!!! If someone from the store sees this, thank you, and please forward to the ownership.

I ordered a small party platter online to be picked up at a specific date. First, the online ordering process was super easy. Then when I went to the store a few minutes before the specified pickup time and everything was ready to go. I got in and out in a matter of seconds. This JJ's location never disappoints.

Very boring menu. Owner Jimmy John Liautaud runs around killing rhinoceroses, tigers and elephants but I never see them on the menu. I feel mislead by his social media posts.

Food is good, but I ordered and paid for it in advance and when I stopped by to pick it up, the order had not even been started. The receipt was still sitting in the machine. They were able to prepare it fairly quickly, but only asked one of the employees how long the receipt had sat there. They apologized, but probably should have offered me a free drink or something for the inconvenience.
YAY! THEY'RE OPEN AGAIN! They came around the other week offering free 1/4 sammiches and I was ecstatic to learn they reopened. My soul was a bit crushed when they closed suddenly last year; I had no where else to have lunch delivered w/out going through door dash or uber eats, which just increased my total. BOO on that. Love my Jimmy John's!!!

I ordered my food online from the website. The first time I ordered it..I asked for extra mustard n they put extra mustard seeds. Cant eat it all. Than I ordered the 2nd time.. veggie sandwich, when I was eating it, It tasted meaty, fishy, and smelled like it too. Than when I lifted my sandwich up.. I found tuna meat on the bread.. why is there contaminating from handling one meat sandwich to another. There should always be good food handling procedures when making sandwiches and it should be separate when hanging veg food. Its just gross that I found pieces of tuna in my sandwich. I couldn't finish it again. I want a full refund for my food. This place needs to be closed down due to food hygiene issues.

I love this location! Was disappointed when it closed for. Few months last year. New ownership took over and re-opened. Always great service, great sandwiches and freaky fast! My go-to sub is the #1 (Pepe) with Dijon mustard. Simple and perfect. Walk away full, but feeling good, not over stuffed. Try to go here at least once a week for lunch.

This location closed and reopened a short period later. We used to come here frequently since we live minutes away. Today was our first time back since it reopened. This is how they make sandwiches now. Turns out they're now under new management. Goodbye JJ's - I get more food with airline pretzels.
