I liked the open kitchen concept.

Their signature burger is one of the best in town.

Pretty good, they forgot to cut our sandwiches in half but overall quick and tasty

My son ask me to pick him up a sub here. I decided to give one of their subs a try. I got the small club with bacon. I ask home if he could make a BLT with Cheese and extra Mayo. I get to work and find it’s plain bacon. Tiny. Nothing else and couldn’t eat it because the bacon was too salty by itself. I spent $20 and gave a 20% tip. Unlike most sub shops you can’t see what they’re making. And I did repeat Tomatoes Lettuce extra Mayo and cheese. So disappointed To see it says no tomatoes no lettuce. I am guessing he didn’t know what a BLT is?

One of the better sub chains

I was there today to get a grilled chicken sub. Marcell was very helpful and kind to me, I had a ton of questions about ingredients and he answered all of them patiently. The sub was very good, loved it. If i’m ever there I will always ask for marcell as he was the best.

I come to JJ mostly because my daughters really like it. But I was charged $16.99 for a Giant bread and cheese sandwich. The order was mixed up I should have gotten a Giant veggie and regular cheese sandwich. I also buy a full loaf of bread when we visit at $1.99. Looking at the menu I could have bought a loaf of bread and slices of provolone for over half what I was charged for the Giant sandwich I was charged. JJ should be ashamed for charging that price for a loaf of bread with sliced cheese inside.

And it was freezing inside.

Marcell is the nicest employee, the best! He went above and beyond on every thing he did, explaining patiently and taking his time to provide exemplary customer service. The Italian club was made perfectly. It is the first time we were there and will definitely be back.

Good customer service but Jimmy John’s as a whole or in its entirety is just not good leaps and bounds above subway but still falls Significantly short compared to Jersey Mike’s for Example

This place made me sick twice. They used spoiled food. It was probably the bacon

Shop did not make the Picklewich correctly. They basically cut a pick in half and slapped some meat and lettuce on it. They were supposed to cut out the middle and fold everything into it nicely.

Because how they made it, it was impossible to eat as a sandwich, everything just fell out, so I basically ate the meat and pickle separately. Would have been better to just got a regular sandwich and add a pickle.

No attention to detail at this shop and they did not respond to my concern when I asked about it.

had an issue due to uber delivery not at all jimmy johns fault, they remade and re-delivered the order themselves and gave me a free cookie :) 10/10 awesome customer service, thanks so much! definitely will come back and order more from this location!
