Marcell is the nicest employee, the best! He went above and beyond on every thing he did, explaining patiently and taking his time to provide exemplary customer service. The Italian club was made perfectly. It is the first time we were there and will definitely be back.

Good customer service but Jimmy John’s as a whole or in its entirety is just not good leaps and bounds above subway but still falls Significantly short compared to Jersey Mike’s for Example

This place made me sick twice. They used spoiled food. It was probably the bacon

Shop did not make the Picklewich correctly. They basically cut a pick in half and slapped some meat and lettuce on it. They were supposed to cut out the middle and fold everything into it nicely.

Because how they made it, it was impossible to eat as a sandwich, everything just fell out, so I basically ate the meat and pickle separately. Would have been better to just got a regular sandwich and add a pickle.

No attention to detail at this shop and they did not respond to my concern when I asked about it.

10/10 the spot to go
I have gone to many different sub places, many different JimmyJohns, and none come close to the experience I feel when I come here. The way they help me out each time going above and beyond. Jack even cared the extra mile to check on certain things without me asking. Always a friendly attitude and the whole staff team there always works well together.

They prepare tasty and varied sandwiches. Although the place is rather small, things are usually requested by phone, there is room for a couple of tables and in summer another two outside. They are fast in preparing the order and I repeat, these sandwiches are "tasty". Parking is free and there are plenty around.

It’s been ages since I’ve been to Jimmy John’s. This reminder was a good reason why. I got a Thai chicken wrap, and a regular Italian sub cold cut. The wrap was old and crusted around the side, the lettuce was brown, the chicken was cold and the peanut sauce was drizzled so heavy it was chokingly sweet. All in all, it was a mess, not tasty, not fresh. So I’m hoping the redeeming value is in the Italian sub. After taking these photos of the wrap I open the Italian. I take one bite of the end, but the bread is so hard, and there’s so much sauce/mayo and soft ingredients that tomato lettuce mayo, some salami shoot out the other side like a rocket. Immediately in the trash with that as well. Everyone in the store is nice and enough but, seems like they don’t really want to be there or put any care in their food, and they just serve what they have just to get a customer in and out the door. Will not be going back ever.

Nice place to go for lunch. I always get the unwhich Tuna when I go because I’m not a bread guy. They just released a new potato salad on the menu that I like. Give it a try ?

I visited on a Thursday evening to get a pair of sandwiches to eat as my dinner that night. The online ordering process proved rather easy to navigate and schedule a pickup time. I appreciated the level of customization available, and I took advantage of eliminating certain items and going light on others. My order was ready on time, even after the helpful staff checked when I arrived to see if a substitution was okay (they had run out of wheat bread and tried to contact me unsuccessfully). The men working were courteous and friendly, almost making me feel like I was in a neighborhood sandwich place instead of one of the larger chains. I would feel comfortable having future orders filled by that team of guys.

My order consisted of one sandwich combination of their Hunter’s Club sandwich and a pickle, another sandwich combination of their Country Club sandwich and chips, and a pair of water bottles and cookies. The total bill came to a fraction under $30 including tax, so with current prices I felt as though I received a decent value for my purchase. The sandwiches were made as requested without mayo and adding hot peppers and cucumbers and easy onion, lettuce, and cheese. The cold cuts tasted fresh, especially the roast beef, and were good portions without having to request extra. While the white rolls were fine, I am still curious to see how their wheat bread tastes. The hot peppers definitely add some heat as desired. Both sandwiches were tasty in total and did not feel too heavy. The pickle was a good size and had the requisite crispness on the outside. Chips and cookies tasted fine as well. Overall I thought I had a good dinner for the money and could see myself visiting again in the future.
