I bought the chicken burger and the chicken was so hard. I didn’t even eat it. Just wasted 15 bucks unfortunately. The guy was cool though, but won’t be getting food from there again. I legit struggle to pull apart the chicken it was like Styrofoam and flavorless.

Every time this place is bought out and changes ownership, it gets worse. I ordered a 12 inch bulgogi pizza for dinner. The pizza crust and toppings were good, but where’s the sauce? It used to come with a barbecue based sauce and Kewpie mayo on top. This pizza had neither, and for $18.95, this feels like I’ve been ripped off. If you want to sell pizza with no sauce, advertise that it has no sauce. I had to eat it with barbecue sauce because of how dry the pizza was. Will not be ordering pizza here anymore.

I was hesitant to try ktown pizza and chicken after seeing so many bad reviews but I was craving Korean sweet potato pizza so I thought u would give it a try…… and I regret it! It was bad! Just very bad dense pizza crust with cheap bad quality cheese and sweet potato paste! Not even real sweet potatoes. $20 for probably the worse pizza I’ve ever had. So glad I didn’t try their chicken bc I saw what another person had ordered and like the other reviewed the wings looked tiny and dry. There was also only 1 worker doing everything from taking orders to cooking. So maybe the business isn’t doing so well. I really wish the other chicken place didn’t leave Hmart food court.

Small wings & drums, not crispy, dry, no pickle radish come on..what kind of Korean chicken is this! Not worth $16.49 with tax. You’re better going to chong man or bon chon.

The food here was memorably bad. Soggy AND dry? How were they even able to accomplish that?? There are far better places in the food hall than this. Heck, drive down to the Costco and treat yourself to a chicken bake - that’s more authentic chicken than what you’ll get here. I always, always love to give the benefit of the doubt to places, but the Yoo Chicken was so much more superior that this was a huge letdown and absolutely terrible for both value and taste that I do not recommend anyone try this.
Also, the positive reviews here are suspiciously all similar and only have two places reviewed, and both are in this food court. I’m just saying.
