The most disappointing food I've had this year. Boba? Terrible. Didn't specify it was the slushy kind, can't taste the sweetner or flavoring. Just taste like watered down milk, the Boba is rock hard. And the $18 Bahn mi? Oh my god! The pickled vegetables? Just a few pieces of slivered carrot and who the hell puts mayo on bahn mi? At least the bread wasn't stale. I was coming from 30 miles away for an errand and to grab a quick lunch, I would have asked for a refund but didnt have time to issue conflict. I should've went to wawa..
My wife and I love this place. It hits the spot pho sure.

As a viet person. i highly recommend this place to look into their food and pricing .

Quite disappointed with our services and there are definitely better Vietnamese options in NOVA. Food is very overpriced and be ware of the 20% service charge already included in the bill.

Interesting menu, and the restaurant has a quiet, calm atmosphere that I liked. We don't eat out a lot, but had the general impression that the prices were high for what we got. After ordering, it took longer than we expected before our food was served, and there was no follow-up afterwards to see if we needed anything. We liked our meal.
Food was fantastic. Atmosphere is nice but nothing too fancy. Service was decent. Some of the best Pho I have had in the entire dc area. Ordered extra veggies which they provided.
19$ for a banh mi is diabolical.
Not bad. I think it does taste better, but if you have a favorite pho place already, it might be hard to justify the upcharge. Feels like this place is always empty so it shouldn't be hard to get a table.
It doesn't really stand out but it's not bad.

Food was amazing!!! I loved the peanut sauce that I got with the summer roll (shrimp/avocado). I also got beef pho and the portion was massive and absolutely delicious!! The service was phenomenal!! They were very nice and talkative, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was amazing, it was very aesthetically pleasing!
Don't know how this doesn't have a 5 star on average. I've been living in Fairfax since 2001 and they are the best in town! Get the Pork Belly Banh Mi or the Combo Pho.
Kim’s Pho fell off heavily, ordered shrimp triangles, 10 whole bones ($10) for 2 of them, and when they arrived they were not crispy enough, and the insides were so rubbery it felt like trying to eat a tire. It was very obviously frozen then refried. When I tried to get it refunded, they only gave me 50% off because one was finished 💀. Sorry for eating the food I was given?? The pho was very lackluster and quite honestly watery, the charm and actual yummy food of Kim’s Pho’s past is gone, I will never be coming back.
Best food ever!!
Always a great time when me and my friend come here. Food quality is top notch as always, the service is on top of everything, and the atmosphere is nice and calming
