I had a very sad experience. I wanted to just have a relaxing bowl of pho in cold weather but was met with an asinine amount of inattentiveness. I would steer any friend away from the place, because they are not trying to surprise you with anything. Nothing redeeming here, steer away.

They charge 20% tips automatically even you eating solo. I think that’s robbery.

Automatically 20% tip is added when there was no service other than bringing out the food from the kitchen.

Not much portion of meat for $20~ish pho.

I will not go back to this place. My son and I went for lunch at 1:00 pm on a Saturday. We each ordered a Banh Mi sandwich. It took 40 MINUTES to get our food. The restaurant was not even busy, about 10 other people there. And to rub salt in the wound, the waiter added a mandatory tip of 20% to our bill! Unbelievable!

The best quality food, great service and lovely restaurant. I’ve been coming here for years and take all my friends and family.

The employees were very welcoming! The women's bathroom needs a code to enter, but the staff is very attentive. The lunch special is $21, and very much worth it!

Owner charged me for an item we never ordered, and when it came time to pay, they processed the bill that way and even added the tip themselves, claiming it was from the customer.
At lunchtime, it’s $25 if you go alone and $50 for two people.
It’s a place I never want to go back to.
Honestly, the food is just average.

Food is good, however, service is slow. They only have one person serving tables and bar. Watch out for the 20% service fee they automatically add when they swipe your card without telling you, plus they expect additional tip.

This place has become far too expensive. Yes, many restaurants have raised their prices in recent years, but this one has increased them significantly more than others. To my surprise, they also added a 20% “Server Fee” to the bill without any posted notice—this was for a party of just two people. They then present the already marked-up check with an additional line for a tip.

Considering how overpriced it has become, along with the consistently poor service and the declining condition of the interior, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other spots in the area that offer great Vietnamese food at reasonable prices and in a much nicer atmosphere.

The prices here are noticeably higher than other restaurants in Fairfax, and the food is just okay, nothing special for what they charge. Also, they automatically include a 20% service fee without mentioning it beforehand, which feels very misleading. Definitely not worth the price.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place earned every bit of it. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but instead of apologizing or even attempting to fix it, two different employees came over to my table separately just to argue with me. Both of them rudely insisted that I ordered the dish they brought out — even though I wasn’t anywhere near the page of the menu that item was on.

My two friends who were dining with me even backed me up and told them I didn’t order it, and the staff still doubled down and acted like we were the ones in the wrong. No apology, no offer to correct it, nothing.

To make it worse, the food for the entire table took over 40 minutes to come out, and when it finally did, it wasn’t even right.

Terrible service, rude staff, and slow kitchen. There are too many good restaurants around to waste your time or money here. I won’t be coming back.

The most disappointing food I've had this year. Boba? Terrible. Didn't specify it was the slushy kind, can't taste the sweetner or flavoring. Just taste like watered down milk, the Boba is rock hard. And the $18 Bahn mi? Oh my god! The pickled vegetables? Just a few pieces of slivered carrot and who the hell puts mayo on bahn mi? At least the bread wasn't stale. I was coming from 30 miles away for an errand and to grab a quick lunch, I would have asked for a refund but didnt have time to issue conflict. I should've went to wawa..
