Fantastic meal! I truly enjoyed our dinner there. Food was fast to arrive. Servers were lovely. Pretty interior as well
Food tasted great, but pricey for the portions given. Service was subpar.
Great casual middle eastern restaurant with outdoor seating. The food is top notch - way above expectations of a casual setting like this. Patio seating is amazing - looking out over Mosaic green. Highly recommend sitting outside. Service was excellent. Menu has fantastic appetizers and the main meals are primarily skewers/kebabs. Really enjoyed the place - recommend.
Excellent food and excellent service! Everything tastes delicious at this restaurant! The location was a great as well, very busy district especially on the weekends. We tried the steak frites and it was phenomenal! We loved the sharmoula dressing or sauce whatever it is, it was fantastic! Thank you guys for that amazing experience! Cheers!
Great vibe and good Middle Eastern-inspired fare. We had the hummus, lamb shish, and chicken shawarma platter. Nice ambiance with this place. A little slow with getting our drinks. Good cocktails. Functionality with the small rectangular plate was problematic. Aesthetically, it looks great for presentation.
The food was absolutely delicious and so healthy feeling and light. Super amazing customer service, complementary pita bread (endless), and a free little ice cream from the chef as a gift! The price is very affordable and they service you quickly (came on a Saturday and was in and out in less than an hour). Only slight comment is portions are a touch on the small side if you have a huge appetite, but since it’s all whole unprocessed food it’s still very satisfying and filling
Best falafel i have had in dc area. Swarma was good as well french fries with a nice spice could have been crisper but still very good.
Beautiful restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. Fresh tasting food. Lots of options to choose from.
Kebab has really nice, charred flavor. Shrimp was grilled to perfection, not under cooked or chewy from being overcooked. Lamb was not too salty. Everything was good.
The Kirby Club was a fun date night! The food was good, the vibe was better and you can get your drinks to go if need be.
The surprisingly best item of the night for me was the Havuc which was a type of carrot hummus. We got the trio of hummus with sumac chips and it hit. Oh, and I loved the pickled veggies. Yum!
To expand the palate for the main entree, we Kebab Shindig, which featured 4 different kabobs, rice, salad, onions and pickled veggies. It said it feeds 2. If you’re ordering entrees it can feed 4 people easy. It’s a good way to try all the kabobs. Food-wise—I wasn’t blown away but everything was good.
Drinks. Okay, don’t order this during your meal because the milky flavor will throw you off but as a dessert drink and you can get it to-go as well. I can’t remember the name but it’s a tini-with black sesame seeds on top. Delish! Sally, our server was entertaining, explained items well and was funny and calm as we ended up taking up her table for over 3 hours. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. If it was warmer outside, patio dining with the kids running on the grass would be nice.
For the price I was expecting better quality or quantity for food. The atmosphere is really beautiful and the customer service were both a 10/10. The food wasn’t there for me as it was just okay.

My son and I had an amazing dinner while touring George Mason! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious! Gorgeous decor!
A mediocre food and overpriced. We went for brunch and ordered a number of dishes from their brunch menu. All dishes came in a sampling portions. We even had to order more food. Food taste was below average compared to authentic Middle Eastern food. I wouldn't recommend it.
It is a beautiful restaurant The service is amazong. The interior is classy and subtle. We orddered ftom the lunch menu, Chicken Shawarna bowls and a Kirby platter. Comparered to other Mediterranean places the protein portions were a bit less and a bit over spiced. Otherwise the onion salad was perfect, so was the perfectly cooked Basmati rice, flavored delicately with saffron. Overall,Mediterranean food lovers have the kirby club experience!
Great food, terrible service. Only customers in the restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get an appetizer order in. Drinks stayed empty, had to pull someone aside and ask for everything. Not helpful to finally come to the table right after everything comes out.
I had arranged an event with a large group of friends. We hadn't seen each other in a while. Chris, the manager, was fantastic. He helped arrange the event so we could mingle and then have dinner. Dinner was simple, delicious, not overly complicated and cocktails/mocktails were tasty. Would definitely come again.
