KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Reviews
I got a fever, and the only prescription is KPOT. Our second time going, and this may be our new favorite restaurant. Kudos to Dale for giving us an awesome dining experience yet again.
Great food as always and when you have service like Julie provided it’s no way to lose. Thank you for the great experience!
Our experience was terrible. The MANAGER refused to move us to a table with adequate lighting, so we were forced to cook our food in the DARK. We were told that the MANAGER had a policy to not put small groups at a larger table (which had good lighting). I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for YEARS & if my restaurant was mostly empty during the lunch timeframe, I would’ve made an exception to make my customers happy. This was our FIRST visit, so you’d think they’d...read full review

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot provides a fun dining experience where customers can enjoy both Korean BBQ and hot pot, or choose one. The menu offers a variety of meats such as short ribs, steak, seafood, and sliced chicken, along with a small selection of vegetables for the BBQ. The hot bar area features fried foods, crawfish, desserts, and other side dishes. The restaurant has a tablet ordering system that is efficient and easy to use—food is delivered quickly, and diners can decide whether to grill their ingredients or cook them in hot pot. Soups are ordered separately from the tablet, but staff will bring them to the table. The sauce and dessert bar is located in the back, with some small side dishes, though the sauce recipes show what to put in but not the amounts, which may take some adjusting. Customers can also find a fridge with matcha, orange, and taro drinks, and staff will assist in getting what’s needed. The space between tables is narrow and can feel cramped, especially with food carts moving around, but there is a small bar and a larger private seating area for bigger groups. The rich, flavorful soup bases are made with fresh ingredients, making it a popular choice for those seeking both hot pot and grilled meat. Parking is limited nearby, with a larger garage in the back, and wait times can vary, especially on weekends when reservations are not accepted. Despite that, the staff provides great service, ensuring customers are well taken care of. Overall, KPOT offers a lively atmosphere and a memorable experience for fans of Korean hot pot and BBQ.
