Today i came in to eat lunch with my daughters and we all got a variation of their tartines and they were all delicious. Le pain is my favorite lunchtime stop. The staff were all very nice and my servers duni and raj were very kind and wonderful.
my husband and i came for breakfast this morning to le pain. The cafe is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. Right as we sat down the cafe suddenly became extremely busy. The servers very kind and accommodating even during the sudden rush. I had the mushroom quiche and my husband had skillet eggs w bacon and both dishes were very delicious and piping hot. I ordered an iced coffee and my husband a huge cappuccino both were very yummy. For desert we tried the new trendy chocolate chip crookie and french cream donut which were DELECTABLE.
I usually never write bad reviews cause I understand the restaurant business is hard work. But our experience was absolutely dismal. First, when we entered the restaurant, we were barely greeted and were rushed by the waitress to be seated quickly. Then, when we waited for about 10 mins before our orders were even taken. Then it another 10 minutes for ICED coffee, which tasted watery. After this, it seems like we were just forgotten about for about 15 mins, and then my partner finally gets his order of two pastries, which were both cold and dry. I waited a total of 20 mins for an order of 2 soft boiled eggs and cheese danish. Only to have eggs be completely overcooked and the danish being dry. For the amount of time we waited for the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Never coming back!!! Terrible service and terrible experience. If I could, I would give this review no star. Levi and Duni are super kind and I come here to get work done remotely and dine here all the time and such a kind wonderful spot amazing food and lovely vibes.
Many cafés in the Mosaic District run the risk of collapsing under the weight of their own hype, prestige, and aspirational significance. We stopped by this LPQ location at a time when other institutions had lines meandering down the sidewalk. Elane greeted us at the door, and provided truly, emphatically, exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The ambience was lively, the layout charming, and the food was delicious. The other customers were respectful of each other, courteous, and gracious.
Spent a lovely afternoon here doing some remote work. I grabbed a refreshing iced chai latte that was topped with cinnamon.
After I grabbed a seat outside, a wonderful woman by the name of Duni came by to check on me. I told her I was okay, but still she decided to open up the umbrella next to my table and ensure I was able to work comfortably in the shade. It was a small but powerful gesture that speaks volumes about attention to detail and going the extra mile just because. I’ll definitely be back!!
The food is perfect!! The service is outstanding!! Duni is so special she gave us first class service!!!
Le Pain Quotidien is one of my favorite spots. The place is elegant and cozy, and the food is absolutely delicious — especially the breakfast! The coffee is great and the mini pancakes are amazing. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a calm atmosphere and tasty meals.
Pastries were delicious. The passion fruit tart had intense flavor and was luxuriously smooth.
Very slow and grumpy wait staff

The breakfast sandwiches were a bit bare and lackluster, especially considering they were $10. I ordered takeout and didn’t receive the banana bread that I ordered.
