Every time I visit, I’m delighted by the exceptional service, the high-quality bakery items and food, and the warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s always a wonderful experience!

The breakfast sandwiches were a bit bare and lackluster, especially considering they were $10. I ordered takeout and didn’t receive the banana bread that I ordered.

Great food and atmosphere! This beautifully unique eatery was quite the treat to take a chance on.
First, the establishment itself is decorated with warm notes of rustic and industrial; with woodgrain (honey), subway tiles, track lighting, and stained glass. The location provides for great morning sun and a cozy place to be when it sets.
Second, the food they serve, in our case, brunch, was well made and noticeably fresh and "clean"! We didn't walk away feeling bloated and bogged down with grease and sodium. Their baked goods were excellent and reminiscent of my years spent in Belgium- aptly so as some of their dishes and goods are meant to reflect such fanfare.
I unfortunately couldn't give them 5 stars, though I know they can achieve it, due to the wait staff. Although service was curtious and served our food quickly, they became a bit overwhelmed as diners began coming in more. A simple fix in my opinion, and not meant to be a dig. I still highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

My friend and I make this a monthly date to catch up and always choose La Pain! The atmosphere is so comforting and we both love the chia pudding with berrries but what makes it really special is that we always get the same waitress ‘Duni’ believe it or not she remembers us as if we are old friends, remembers are order and is so uplifting and friendly…the perfect balance. We will be back in November

I WILL NEVER COME BACK!
I knew Le Pain Quotidien from Miami at which they were so famous for the food and its atmosphere.
Last Saturday I came to this location for my first time, ordering 1 almond chocolate croissant, 1 honey lemon ginger and 1 iced green tea. And we did tipped 12% on our order. The old cashier gave me the croissant quite immediately then I walked around to find the table to sit for a while.
Since they were making my drinks, I sat at the table and wait. After a while, I stood up to go get my drinks while the old man also walked towards me with my drinks. I said thank you nicely but only received “Next time, if you want to dine in, order with the server. It’s only $2”
At first I didn’t understand which $2 he talked about and what’s wrong with it.
Then I realized he complained about how small my tip was for him and it’s too cheap for him to JUST BRING 2 DRINKS for me.
Well, I did tip. And since I didn’t dine in, I only sat there with my drinks and croissant, not like big full meal or anything, how could he behave like that. I know tipping is American culture and I followed, but to complain about customer tipping when it is only a small act of service with your customer is too bad.
I felt so angry and well, will never come back.
The croissant and 2 drinks were just fine, nothing special.

If you want good coffee, don't come here. Brunch and dinner might be good. But not coffee and French cream donut.

Great coffee and pastries. The service was a bit slow but it’s a great place to linger with coffee and a good book.
