products are a bit pricey but they have a decent selection of fitness snacks and drinks and a healthy eats menu that doesn't sound bad... service is not always the best just depends on the person if they will acknowledge you... there is a tip jar so they should but, just saying...
This gym never disappoints! I've been a member since 2012! I like the outside pool during the summer at Reston! I workout at all three locations in my area! I frequently go to Loudoun, Reston, and now Fairfax! I love the classes and the instructors are amazing! I take Barbell Strength, Strictly Strength, EDG cycle and WTRX (pool). Today, I took the Gluteus MAXout class in Fairfax. I hope they start having it every Saturday at 10:45AM! I was told the class before called SHRED...
