I am typically reluctant to leave negative feedback, but meaningful input is critical for any business that genuinely cares about improving its service and customer experience. I visited this location just before midnight over Thanksgiving weekend and, while I recognize it may be a slower period, the overall energy and attitude of the staff were noticeably poor. The waitress and bartender appeared disengaged and eager for their shifts to end, and this lack of enthusiasm created a negative atmosphere that directly impacted my party’s experience.
My group was enjoying a lively conversation, yet each interaction with staff felt perfunctory and devoid of basic hospitality, such as a welcoming demeanor or even a minimal effort to be pleasant. The drinks themselves were satisfactory, but the service level was far below what is acceptable and undermined the visit entirely. Leadership should prioritize training to ensure staff understand the importance of maintaining professional, guest-focused behavior, regardless of the hour or holiday, and at least demonstrate a courteous attitude toward patrons. As a result of this experience, I do not plan to return in the near future.

I think was the perfect choice for us newbies. We were seeking to try many different types of whiskeys and this was the place. Sergei (hope that’s correct) was more than accommodating and explained the flights to us along with the type of whiskey. He also gave recommendations. He was very busy with other customers as we believe it was just him and chef at opening. It was quiet since we went before happy hour. The food was good! We are definitely coming back to try a third or fourth flight or whiskey. The Whiskey 201 flights has a Japanese Whiskey 🥃 that is 😍

First time tonight. Full house. Wife and I got drinks and apps…all spot on delicious. Gets extra stars from me since they honored Happy Hour prices on my drinks which didn’t actually apply…sorry about that guys! We’ll be back with family and friends next time.

Nice spot but very small. Definitely recommend making a reservation. Food was just ok; however, my friend said the quesadilla was the best she ever had. Had the bourbon smash, which is typically my favorite drink, but this one tasted like they forgot the bourbon. However, the selection of bourbon and whiskeys made up for it. My absolute favorite was the Jefferson Reserve.

Amazing service and the whiskey selection is super saiyan status. Special big ups to the bar manager, I got the whiskey flight a and asked for a mixed drink using one of the flight options but it would have been double the price of the flight. She helped me find a cheaper option. We will definitely return.

Let me start off with great selection of whiskies. Atmosphere was great. Be forewarned, you have a 1.5 hr table limit. Doesn't matter if you are continuously buying drinks or food. They care more about flipping the tables. They will come around and tell you need to leave at XX time. They should tell you this when you are seated so you can plan accordingly. Couple next to us bought three rounds of drinks, an appetizer and had just ordered food when they were told a few minutes later they had to leave in 30 min. When they said we just ordered food. The response was it should be out in 10 mins and that leaves you 20 mins to eat. Food is over priced for portions served. Photos are of a $10 steak (ground meat) chilli to go. Cup is 16oz. I'll be lucky if there's 8oz of chill in it.

Amanda was amazing! Always making sure I was taking care of after a long shift at work! She's the best!

This place is great! The new manager Joe is a 10/10. He was welcoming and answered all my stupid questions. Definitely would recommend if you want a friendly atmosphere. shoutout Lucas for the wonderful drinks!!!!!!!!

This review is simply for the fact that this place should be transparent about its hours. If your menu outside and your hours on Google say you close at 1 am than refusing us service at 11:59pm feels duplicitous. No special event, no particular reasoning, just turning the sign to close in front of us and moving on. If you close at 12 please update your hours to reflect that and save people the trip.

Website said you’re open until 1 and so does your sign. I walked up and the lady at the front said last call at 11:45? An hour+ before closing?
