We had their food 1st time today because the ratings were so good. I have to say it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was very hot and fresh and the containers were filled to the top as they should be. Lots of sauce in the dishes that required them to be saucy. We found our new place to eat! EXCELLENT!!

I don't like that they serve you with styrofoam plates. The chicken with broccoli wasn't special but it was fine. Their dumpling were very good. Their biang bian noodles are also really good.

Got takeout here. My first time trying it. Got the Biang Biang noodles and chicken dumplings pan fried. Sooo good and ingredients taste soo fresh. I cannot wait to come back!
Mama’s Taste is one of my favorite places! I’ve been here many times and the food is always spot on. The Biangbiang Noodles are incredible — super tasty and perfectly made. They also have so many great dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Pork with Dry Bean Curd, and Eggplant with Garlic Sauce — all authentic and full of flavor. The Jumbo Soup Dumplings are amazing too — juicy and just like the ones back in China. Plus, the lady here is always super friendly and welcoming. Love this place and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I tried to place and order to eat in while in Fairfax on business ...but the cashier was being short with me..and rushing me to order... horrible customer service.. So, I cancelled my order and walked out. AGAIN.. I refuse to be treated badly when I am spending my hard earn money. Please get people to work for you...that like people and their job. I am so tired of writing these type of reviews...but I will continue too...as long as I keep getting horrible customer service.
