The baing baing noodles are amazing. I really enjoyed the garlic flavor. Also customer service was excellent. Jing was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the food at Mama’s taste.
This is a very average takeout chinese restaurant. All fixed costs are minimized, such as placing your own order, busing your own table, and disposable cutlery for dine-in as well. You have to ask for chop sticks and a bag for your take out separately.
We got the biang biang noodle which was quite bland, the cashew chicken which had caramelized cashews, a first in a savory dish but not that bad to taste and the pan fried dumplings which were straight out of the freezer.

My wife’s and my first time here. I had the biang biang noodles thanks to several other positive reviews. I am adding to those reviews. The noodles were delicious and worth making repeat visits. My wife had wontons in chicken soup. She also enjoyed her dish. We both tried the other’s dish and enjoyed them. For desert we had fried mochi. The outside tasted somewhat like a donut. The inside was something sweet. They were quite good.
