Pretty close to authentic Osaka ramen!
The Shoyu and Shio are my favorite. The pork belly melts in your mouth, the eggs are perfectly marinated and cooked.

Marumen has been my personal favorite Ramen spot over the past 7 years. For me, it is the consistency of the quality of the broth And it’s honestly, the only place where I’m also eating the meat. It is so tender and well seasoned unlike any other place in my opinion. I don’t love the atmosphere, it does feel a little canteen like, but the Ramen does make up for it. My husband loves the fried rice as well. It is also really reasonable for lunch with their daily (even weekends!)...

The staff here are very attentive, fast, and super friendly 🙌. I ordered the beef rib ramen and pork ramen — both were delicious. The meat was incredibly tender, flavorful, and served hot, just the way ramen should be 😋🔥.
