Today I ordered a New Yorker and requested sauerkraut on it. I overheard the cashier tell the manager?? Sandwich maker?? that I requested sauerkraut on my sandwich and the ‘manager’ replied she didn’t pay for it and it’s an extra dollar…I pointed out to my husband what she said to the cashier and we both agreed if the manager wasn’t busy socializing with a client about her own personal life and had paid attention to her trainee/cashier she could have corrected her at the time instead of embarrassing the trainee/cashier in front of other customers. We received our order, nothing more was said…I was tempted to pull out a dollar to pay for the sauerkraut the manager neglected to inform the cashier of the up-charge but decided not to be petty….until I got home. No sauerkraut!! Turns out the customer-me-got the short end of the stick because the manager wasn’t doing her job correctly.

The 2 BLT + Avocado i received were certainly NOT worth the $26.00 that i paid. Plus tax, delivery fees it ended up being $36.00 with the tip for the driver. Which was the only part of this order that was worth it. The sandwich was skimpy, lettuce was not fresh, tomato was crushed, bacon soggy and all pushed to the front of the sandwich to make it look full, from the front only. The Mayo was hardly there. The worst part; NO AVOCADO. Doordash only refunded $7.50. They won't do any more. Doesn't quite add up to what I paid, did it. Anything to get out of accountability for providing a substandard product. I paid $12.95 for a sandwich that must have cost $2.50 to make, by the look of it. Soggy bread, not even toasted. Just a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I could go on, but don't want to make this a novel. There was even more, including gastric distress. Avoid this place at all costs, especially for delivery. What she said in the previous post is incomplete and incorrect. A very poor excuse for customer service and managements priority to not take responsibility for their mistakes. Plural, not one but many. Thanks, but NO THANKS.

Ordered their sandwiches on DoorDash and they were pretty good. I usually go with the jalapeño turkey crunch & the Reuben which turn out to be consistently good. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some quality deli sandwiches.

Good lunch delivery always quick, love the Rachel sandwich, they are hard to find around here. Packaging could be better tho they put hot baked potato in same container as a cold salad, potato wasn’t wrapped in foil or anything.

It's meh. Service was ok. Nothing to brag or complain about. Food is far, far, far from the level that McAlister 's used to deliver. Ordered my sandwich without mustard and someone didn't read or pay attention because it had mustard. I intensely dislike mustard so that really ruined it for me. No, I didn't send it back because that never seems to go well. Potato soup tasted straight out of a can. $40 for three pick two's. Ouch. The inside of the restaurant is a little bizarre with boxes stacked everywhere. The sweet tea was the usual delicious southern goodness though so I guess what I'm saying is that you should stop here to get yourself some tea to go with the food you get from somewhere else.

Ordering seems pretty easy if you have the App. My first time, seems like normal ordering at the counter as well. It's definitely a lot faster if you order on the app for dine in or carryout. I had the McAllister club with the side of chips, and I have to say the club sandwich was delicious. The bread came out toasted had a nice little honey dressing on it and it was very good.

Have ordered from here a few times for lunch. The food is consistently pretty good taste-wise, but quantity lacking especially for the price. Salads aren't filled in the box, sandwiches are via small sandwich bread, soup bowls are basically mini cups.Vegetarian options: Salads

Hate to sound like bubble bass from spongebob right now but they. forgot. the. pickles. Chicken tortilla soup is prison glop, must've been the covid otherwise never in my right mind would I order it. One of the few simple joys in life is taking a bite in to a perfectly balanced and ratio'd sandwich, but not for me I guess. First bite I noticed was all veg, upon further inspection, all the meat was on one side and I guess who made it woke up on wrong side. At least I got my tea

This store has ZERO knowledge of customer service. Their app/ system makes frequent mistakes about orders with promotions but the managers don't bother to exercise some authority to honor customers in return of major inconveniences. It doesn't matter if you receive confirmation emails. You arrive at the store to find that their system didn't let the order go through (again despite sending out confirmation email). When you ask the manager to honor the order because it's their fault, they don't seem to be bothered and resist assisting the customer. They'd rather lose a customer than use their discretion to fix an issue from their side. When you can't fix a problem just because "the system doesn't allow" you, then you're living in the middle ages and you will drive your business to the ground. Good luck with this management style.

I am a fan on McAlister's. I am visiting the area and I was in the mood for it, traveled 40 minutes out of my way, just to be ignored by a couple employees. I think she had to be a manager to have that attitude, but she greeted everyone but us. Felt kind of discriminated in all honesty. My boyfriend kept trying to be nice and converse and she was just not having it. So if you love McAlister's and don't mind being discriminated this is the place for you! Food is good like all McAlisters and the cashier who took our order was nice. You can't blame it on being busy because we were the only ones there for a while. They probably have not seen people of color for awhile because that's how the cooks were looking at us. Can't wait to go back to my original McAlisters in Texas.

You’ve Been Exposed !

If you support workplace abuse and hazardous chemicals in your food then this location is the one for you!!!! The people in the kitchen don’t wear gloves and they use bleach to clean the boards they make ur sandwiches on!( when the inspector goes to inspect the restaurant, heather hides the bleach in her office locked!)! The owner of this particular location, Heather, is verbally/ physically abusive and doesn’t care about any of the customers experience or her employees wellness. She also doesn’t let ANY employees take breaks!!! Her secret is hiring a bunch of high schoolers/ college students and pay them under $16/h with ZERO breaks for a 9+ hour shift. BEWARE! Go to the restaurant and listen to how she talks to her employees (she wear yogas and a mason t shirt everyday)! She treats them like dogs, especially the cook Margarita!! Margarita is amazing and keeps the business afloat and the owner yells and is so disrespectful to her because she barely knows english….. whoever reads this I promise it’s real and I’ve seen it multiple times!!! They keep a SHIFT LEAD (she is not a manager whatsoever) named Haley there who is a rude college student that they keep because her and her sister are the only two who will settle for $18- less per hour with zero breaks and abusive treatment from Heather. So I warned you if you experience a rude encounter with the shift lead Haley or the owner of the location Heather. Go to Panera, McAlisters swears they’re better than Panera cuz they take the food to the table and ask the customer if they need anything but I promise u…. This location McAlisters uses #3 best meat and cheese! They have another location ran by her husband, Steve. I also do NOT recommend that location.
