I had a very upsetting experience at this McDonald's (4040 Jermantown Rd, Fairfax) around 9:50 PM on April 16, 2025. I went through the drive-thru to order dinner for my family. The employee on the speaker couldn't hear me, and after repeating myself twice, I raised my voice the third time just to be heard. My children laughed in the background, and the manager (who I didn't realize was listening in) suddenly cut in and said I wouldn't be served because I yelled.
