Ordered and paid online. Got to the store and they are telling me they can’t find the code, doesn’t let me cancel order because I already arrived at the store and they won’t give me my food. They made me pay again.
The food is fresh and good quality.
Staff are friendly and great customer service.
To avoid the line whether from drive-through or walk-in, it's recommended to order through the apps. There are also many deals and point for you. More importantly, we can customize your order(s).
It's better to check your order before leaving the premises to make sure you have your right order.

I had a very upsetting experience at this McDonald's (4040 Jermantown Rd, Fairfax) around 9:50 PM on April 16, 2025. I went through the drive-thru to order dinner for my family. The employee on the speaker couldn't hear me, and after repeating myself twice, I raised my voice the third time just to be heard. My children laughed in the background, and the manager (who I didn't realize was listening in) suddenly cut in and said I wouldn't be served because I yelled. I tried to explain that I was only raising my voice because I wasn't being heard, but he refused service and got short with me. I parked and went inside to calmly resolve things, only to be met with more aggression. The manager approached me with an intimidating demeanor, reiterated that I wouldn't be served, and then claimed the inside was closed--even though multiple customers were still sitting and eating. I asked to place my order anyway, but he turned his back to me and encouraged his staff to ignore me too. One employee even said "just take her order," but he ignored them as well. I eventually sat down, filed a complaint, and left. This isn't the first time I've had an unpleasant interaction with this particular manager. I frequent this location and ever since he started working here, his attitude has been consistently rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming. He seems to use his physical presence to intimidate customers, and it's unacceptable. Just the night before, I had another negative interaction with him and my boyfriend silently intervened because I was so uncomfortable. I've never been refused service anywhere before, and I'm shocked by the unprofessionalism and hostility I experienced here. I hope corporate and the franchise owners take this seriously.

Do NOT come to this McDonald’s if you want your breakfast order fulfilled. They REFUSED to fulfill my order even though I had placed the order on the app before 10:30 and was in line before 10:30. Not only did they charge my card, but they REFUSED me the food that I had already paid for. Disgusting behavior and horrible customer service. I will write a review every single day until the store reaches out to me and makes this right. UNACCEPTABLE.
My staff and I eat at this McDonald's almost every day. Today, like other times, the one who took order # 221 at 7:56am, the manager, if you can call her that, because she is a rude person, gave me the wrong Sandwiches (I always order the same thing all the time), and gave me cold hot coffee. I have been a customer for 20 years and when she is there, she has to make sure the order goes correctly. Please, now that McDonald's is owned by another company, make sure you give good service. She is from the previous company and the same thing always happens with this lady. If she is in a bad mood, please do not let her serve customers because it is not our fault. Please, this comment is not for free food, it is for them to improve the service.

This McDonald’s is trash I go every morning to get my frappe for work, I paid for extra drizzle this morning and they of course gave me a regular frappe and than went on to argue with me about how it was extra drizzle. I told them I didn’t want it and wanted my money back because it was not extra drizzle and I’m not paying for something that I did not get, the employee ignored me and walked away leaving me standing there. I work at the ENT doctors office across the street from the McDonald’s and was late because it took them 15 minutes to make a frappe and a steak bagel. It’s ridiculous I can’t get what I’m paying for but they will sit there and argue with me and than they are rude and disrespectful. I’m going even higher than just making this review, this is why McDonald’s rating are trash for customer service. Yall treat your customers like we aren’t the ones keeping you in business.

literally the hottest fries i’ve had in years. the double cheeseburger was excellent too. i live in manassas and my experiences at the mcdonald’s out there are always not so great. warm fries, sloppy sandwiches, but it’s the best i got most of the time if i want mickey d’s. but this location was amazing. staff was friendly, service was fast, and food was fresh!
