This is a nice and clean McDonalds to dine-in, although sometimes there can be some teenagers making a rufus near the cashier area by skateboarding. Service is also slightly understaffed, and there has been some challenges with attending to dine-in customers as compared to the drive-thru, but if they hire more people, I know this McDonalds can continue to provide excellent service. The servers here are quite efficient with keeping the bathroom clean and getting food out to the customer, plus the food is here is usually fresh. Despite a few flaws with understaffing, this McDonalds location is better than most of the McDonalds locations in the Northern Virginia area.

Bruh their system is so bad sometimes they only accept cash because the registers aren’t working and this time I wanted to do a mobile order but it said they were closed when it’s literally 24 hours. Missed out on my deal, had to pay 24 instead of 16 dollars. Get ur stuff together and get ur systems working properly please….Edit: this is me two weeks later, same problem they only accept cash because their system is broken. Someone get this stores system working properly please… also I wanna order thru the mobile for my rewards and deals please?

I have had a many a burger over the past couple of years, burgers of all shapes and sizes and i've always held fast food burgers to a lower standard of quality then your average burger. Today i experienced such a low standard of quality that i have only ever seen online before. for starters ive been to this McDonalds multiple times before and have never gotten something like this so for anyone going this McDonalds it most likely the exception and not the rule but still i fell it must be called out in order to attempt a continued acurinscay of quality in my burger. for starters i rolled into the drve through and as usual waited for someone to assure me they were there the voice machine turned on to a sound i could barley make I say that this is the reason for them getting my order wrong,(either that or the fact that the person that took my order seemedd to have a mexican accent which could lead to the conclusion that they were not very fluent in the language (it could also have been me.)) now when i received my burger it was structured diffrently then usual. the typical mcdonalds chesburger is structured in the folowing manner patty,lettuce tamatos ect,chesse,burger,patty. i had found that chesse and lettuce/tamatos had swaped places (thet tomatos i had not asked for) now latter in my meal i found a hair in my food. i place the main reason my fod was like this on the failings of the buisness and not the workers themselves. i would still recomen this mcdonalds to anyone near or passing by

Stopped at this restaurant the other day because my kid was starving. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. We went through the drive-thru to order and pick up food. I love how you're able to use an app in the Drive-Thru now. We were able to order and have her food prepared pretty quickly. The food was good. I would recommend for a visit.
This place is not open 24 hours like they say. Closed

This suck my sister ordered the Oreo milkshake and this girl with glasses on counter just drank Oreo milkshake this need to be stopped

FOODWe ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget and a spicy McCrispy. Both were served fresh and hot. For $5 at McDonald's, you would think the sandwich would be comparable to their fast food counterparts, but it was not spicy at all and incredibly lacking in flavor (which would have been nice paired with a sauce, which we were unable to receive).SERVICE / DRIVE-THRUThere was no line in the drive-thru when we went around 3 pm. The staff were blunt but efficient, even though we did not get the sauces we asked for.
