At other locations, I get extra sauce for chicken nuggets at no charge. At Greenbriar, they charge
- 25 cents per extra sauce at kiosk
-50 cents per extra sauce at drive thru!!
You know where I will not be going next time.

I don’t know of management told them to make fries this way, but it’s the only mcdonald’s that make it this way. Not completely finished, soggy, and sometimes they put like way to much salt.

The worst service I’ve ever seen. I’m not one to curse, but this is the craziest service I’ve ever been through at a restaurant. The servers and staff were all rude, and the drive thru workers are supposed to confirm by calling out the order name. They did none of this, and gave our order to the wrong person. When we kindly requested a refund, the answer was NO. We spent 30 minutes in there arguing with the karen staff. The manager was very rude and gaslighted me by saying that we were scamming her. Another guy picked up our food, and they could see it in the security cameras as well. Who’s the liar now? I will not be coming back, as this is the most absolute rudest thing I’ve ever seen.

Just went to drive through for coffee, but no line and fast service.

I’ve had good experiences here but this time the soda machine is all bad. The water isn’t chilled and there’s very little carbonation. Went up to the counter to try that soda machine and it’s the same.

I ordered quarter pounder and the amount salt it has was so high, it made me think if they intentionally put more salt on my hamburger. Service was spotty. I asked for a water cup and I was told they don’t have water cup. I thought they provide water cup.

This location will customize your burger with great customer service and experience!!!

Food quality I think could increase but everything else perfect for kids to be kids!

We go here pretty often and we are missing something from our order pretty much every time and have to go back in to get it.

There is a hair! I can't believe this. Something has to change here. I was waiting for the manager to say at least sorry, but not even that. I asked the manager for her name, but she didn't answer me. This happened Saturday morning on 12/7/2024

Employees ignore you and chat with each other. Request are met with a blank, or irritated, stare as if you were bothering them. Food is slapped together in a haphazard manner. Many condiments, and napkins, are not supplied on the counter, so you have to ask for them. I mean it's not like they put them in your bag. All this was observed from a quick trip into the lobby to get takeout. Associates here could really use some customer service training.
