I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this is quite honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited anywhere in North America or worldwide.

I did come later in the evening around 30 minutes before closing, but that should be no excuse for completely failing to hold up to typical Mc.Donalds quality standards.

Restaurant was very dirty, garbage spilling out everywhere. Items were also completely out of stock. Ordered a simple meal and literally waited for over 20 minutes for it to be ready for pickup to take out. There seem to be some sort of argument between staff and three people working in total.

The food I finally got was made sloppily and cold and overall just tasted weird so I tossed it out.

Quite disappointed and will not return to this location.

I can’t give 5 stars for food cause it’s poison and everyone knows it. But, I will say that the staff working here are undeniably helpful and pleasant to deal with every time. I recently found myself in their drive thrus lately to buy the Ninja Turtle/ Hello Kitty Crossover release toys for my nephews and they had no problem selling me just the toy for under two bucks. Other places (fair lakes location) wouldn’t even sell the toy by itself and made me purchase a happy meal I didn’t want (which I ended up giving to someone in need down the street) but yeah, this greenbriar location is great!

Love this McDonalds for a quick pickup at drivethru for breakfast. Always get sausage burritos and egg and cheese biscuits. Large OJ or coffee depending if I need caffeine or not.

We always have breakfast here, and the service is Great, feels like you are eating in a restaurant. They check on you if you need anything and if you asked they will get it for you. Kudos to the employees and the Manager. No other McDonalds franchise does this kind of service, im really impressed. Very clean inside, there's always someone cleaning up the tables if someone left something. Keep it up

Perfectly good McDonalds.
Food was fast and fresh. Dining area was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Over the course of our dinner on Sunday about three groups of teens came through to get food and milkshakes...it was kind of endearing.

Very friendly staff and fast service. With all the excitement over the Lil McDonald's happy meal toys, the staff was very helpful and took the time to look at the numbers on the box to find the ones I'm looking for. I was even able to buy the extra toys without having to purchase a happy meal for each of them. They definitely went above and beyond in customer service!!!

Horrible attention, it seems that I am begging for my order, when I am paying for them, they treat customers very badly always the same manager who treats badly.

A pet friendly place. I brought in my parrot and it died. The manager resuscitated it and flushed it down the toilet.

This McDonald’s is advertised as 24 hours, but when I arrived at 4:20 AM, I was told they were only accepting cash and that online orders wouldn’t be visible until 4:30. I offered to wait, but the staff said even if I ordered online at 4:30, it would take about an hour to get my food. That part didn’t make sense, and when I asked for clarification the employee was dismissive. Overall, the experience was confusing and unwelcoming. Not what you’d expect from a 24-hour location.

Kim is awesome! We need more Kims to share that smile and kindness like she does. I felt very welcomed. Give Kim a raise!
