I thought ordering at the convenient kiosk was supposed to speed up your order, in particular, when there is a line to order at the counter. It took me no more than one minute to make my selections, pay with my debit card, grab a number and find a seat. As I was engrossed in some news articles and video clips, I hadn't realized that almost 10 minutes had passed and my #1 (Egg McMuffin, hash browns, orange juice) hadn't been brought to my table. I got up, walked to the counter, and lo and behold, there was my meal sitting on a brown tray with my tent number clearly visible on the order ticket.Lesson learned: Order by kiosk, take your number and wait at the counter for your order, because no one is going to bring it to you. Otherwise your trust in what used to be good service will, once again, be diminished in this post-COVID, Gen-Z world.

Clean facility, nice service. Food was better prepared than other McDonald's in the area. The Shamrock shake was horrible though, which has an unappetising menthe syrup. The syrup also was floating on top instead of mixed in, which, along with forgetting our condiment choice in the order, knocks the service down.

Very terrible experience and customer service. Placed an order on my mobile for table service since they are all usually busy fulfilling orders. McDonalds tend to employ very rude people. The app informed me that my order was on its way to my table but it never arrived. When I tried to find out, a very sweet crew member - Kim tried to help me. But the manager Lucy, was extremely rude and kept on busy with her other orders. There was a cook that kept looking at me as I stood there trying to get her to talk to me. Except for Kim, none of the other crew members paid any attention. The manager said to me, "my system doesn't have your order, you can show me everything you want, I'm not giving you any food." I had a receipt and my card was charged and she refused to look at any of it. It's not about the money, it's about how customers feel leaving a franchise, especially one as big as McDonalds.

I mistakenly said chocolate frosty when ordering. I meant to say chocolate shake. The evening staff were having a difficult time understanding that, and made it clear that I was an idiot for not saying McFlurry. A chocolate shake was not originally called a McFlurry at McDonalds. The fact that I have to say the word McFlurry at all is frustrating.

i came to this location around 1 AM and the hours for drive through say 24 hours and the sign was on that it was open and when i pulled to the screen to order the guy working told me they were closed…definitely not the place to depend on if you need a late night snack

I went to shopping today for the holidaysThen I went to Macdonald I past to the drive thru. When I past to the drive thru the guy ask me for the code I say I don’t know. I don’t even know the ask for a codeSo he got a really bad actitud and what he told me at the end was anyways go homeI will say if you don’t have a damm patience just don’t go work at places like that

I literally just left the drive thru, I understand being short staffed so waiting over 5 minutes for my food did not bother me. Waiting over 5 minutes for a wrong order is what’s frustrating. I checked my sandwich and waited at the window and the guy completely left out of eyesight and ignored me. I used to work at sonic I know it sucks sometimes but it’s not that hard to not have an attitude at work or check an order before you put it in a bag. tf.
