Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was great and looked very clean. We had lahmacun super crispy and delicious. Lagman and Uygur lamb was one of the best I had. Definitely recommend!

Just enjoyed a most incredible culinary experience at Taste of Silk Road. They offer an array of Uyghur, Turkish and Uzbek cuisine. I had never tasted this cuisine before. The blend of spices and flavors is remarkable. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Definitely go early, they pack up at night. Only downside were some communication issues but the food more than made up for it! Both of the fish dishes are perfectly cooked with more than 1 serving of food. Whole place looks like it's in the middle of construction, however.

The service was terrible. Our order was taken incorrectly, and our meal, which we had prepared for iftar, arrived almost 20 minutes late. We went hungry on a Ramadan day. I definitely do not recommend it and I do not plan to go again.

Taste of Silk Road is a wonderful Turkish, Uyghur, and Uzbek restaurant that truly lives up to its name. Under the new ownership, the atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming, and the menu has been expanded with many delicious new Uzbek dishes.
The flavors are authentic, rich, and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the tradition and quality in every dish. The Uzbek specialties are especially impressive — perfectly seasoned, generous portions, and full of homemade flavor.
The service is friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to gather with family and friends and explore the amazing tastes of the Silk Road.
Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic Central Asian and Turkish cuisine!

The food was absolutely amazing hands down the best Turkish cuisine I’ve had so far. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and truly authentic. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite.
A special thank you to Mr. Ahmet for his warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back!
