Very Bad. Over an hour of wait during iftar time, tasteless whitewashed food and unpleasant atmosphere. The waitress was nice but at least train the girl and give her a basic knowledge of what she’s selling. The meat in kabob had acidic flavour, you can taste that it’s not fresh at all. “Beef noodle soup” is just a very american version of Pho and tastes like straight boiled water with questionable slices of meat. The owner should be ashamed to call this place Uyghur.

Amazing food and a must try. Recommended dishes 1. Big plate chicken and 2. Guyru Laghman. You will not regret just give them a shot.+ March 2024 Update + from 5 stars went to 2 stars +Food quality has changed drastically. Not sure what happened but almost all the dishes I used order there don't taste same anymore. I do not recommend this place anymore, probably not going to go there anymore. Either they changed this cooks or new ownership I don't know but things are not the same.

As a food enthusiast, I tried Uyghur cuisine for the first time and liked it. The spices used in the food were different from what I normally use to cook, but it was nice. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy and tasty, and the recommended Cold Noodle was absolutely tasty! Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm glad I tried something new.Parking: It's inside Main Street Center and it has plenty of parking spaces.
On 2-27 At about 8 o'clock in the evening, I ordered three noodles, six mutton skewers, a plate of cold skin, and a meal. The taste was good, but the beef noodles had no meat. The accompanying noodles cost 18 yuan, but there was little beef. , - The Indian waitress did not understand the service. We asked her to take away the empty plates, but she looked at us and thought about it before taking them away. When we ate without plates, we asked her to take them before giving them to us. She may not do it again in the future. I went. This store is my favorite place to check in. It takes three hours to go back and forth every time.

Truly authentic uyghur cuisine and probably the best lagman in the area. Cold skin noodle is the second to go for, very tasty. The place itself is very bright and clean. Customer service is outstanding. Highly
My family loves the food here. Korma chops are the favorite. The service and vibe is top notch.

First time having Uyghur food, so I had to try the signature dish, Polo. I splurged and got the lamb shank, and I loved the rice pilaf, but I wasn't that impressed with the lamb.I thought there would be more spice to it, but it was fairly bland. Nice spot and I would be curious to try other dishes in the future. I appreciated the introduction to Uyghur cuisine.

Great food. Always get the korma chop. Staff seems friendly and relaxed. Decor isn't great but I never eat in so I don't care

I want to write sonnets about this food but suffice it to say, it was simply delicious. Our group had the red chili chicken, the beef royal leghmen, and the noodle stirfry. My first time eating Uygher food so I was nervous but honestly it's some of the best food I've ever had.Our server was fast and friendly. The bill was well below what I expected for the unbelievable quality of food I consumed. Can't ask for more. I will be back.
