Just food nothing fancy. Pray that you don’t get one of those stingy or clearly confused servers… or that the food wasn’t burnt/undercooked that day. Sometimes it can be really as expected or extremely underwhelming.

This is the worst Moes location. Corporate shold teach the workers how to run the business or close it… unclean, poor quality and lack of service!

Don't order by delivery they are so lazy with making the order I order a burrito they gave me bowl and months later of that order I order a homewrecker burrito literally given a burrito that fits in the plam of my hand

I placed an order for delivery and never received my food - despite the delivery person's claim they had handed it to me. The manager refused to refund me my already overpriced meal. Definitely taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Door dashers shouldn’t have to wait until customer s are done placing their orders. What happens if the line is long? In my case, the order was ready, yet I had to wait until someone else came to serve, and even then I had to demand attention… event though there was no one else in front of me.
The packaging for delivery was great.

Got 2x homewrecker bowls. Rice and beans were under cooked, kinda crunchy. Didn't get the famous welcome greeting when arriving and we were the only ones there

I stopped by Moe's since I was in the area and hadn’t been there since my last visit to Fairfax, which was also disappointing. Paying $18.00 for a simple meal is ridiculous. The food was overly salty, dry, and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I only paid to get out of there quickly. I've been to the Moe's in Chantilly and have never been charged $18.00 for a meal.

We sadly had a terrible experience at this Moes. They had a sale posted that they did not uphold. Our burrito tortilla was cold and unappetizing. We will not be returning.

I’m so upset I am an avid moes enjoyer and frequently go to the falls church one and love it. I went to Fairfax today because falls church wasn’t open yet and I’m disappointed. My burritos tortilla tasted stale and my chips had piles of salt on each one. I love moes and eat it so much but this food was not worth my money today, I’m upset.

I’m hungry only to find a new sign with new hours posted. Have eaten this location a few times. Meat is dry, and meat in burrito is scarcely applied. Guess I’ll just go elsewhere. Eat at your own disappointment
