Great coffee spot in an outdoor city center ✨
Came here for a dulce de leche latte which I have had many times before and love and I used a personal cup which I use at many other coffee shops. But the latte tasted like it wasn’t prepared with enough caramel and was more bland than their typical DDL because I saw that the barista just poured in the latte in the regular cup into the personal cup so any residual Dulce de leche never made it into the cup it seems. Was disappointed in the taste, but moreso was disappointed that the barista pointed at my cup and smirked to other staff who also seemed to feel the same way, as though it was an issue I was using a personal reusable cup. You would think businesses would encourage environmentally friendly methods to reduce plastic waste but it doesn’t seem like the barista or some of the staff here were on board. Hope they learn to be more pro environment, or at least not make people feel weird for being personal coffee cups. Lastly, for $12+ for just a latte and a pastry, they are definitely overpriced. It shouldn’t be $7-8 for a regular latte.
Nice place.
Such a cute place

The employees there are THE BEST!
Today was the snow blizzard, and they were the only shop in Mosaic open at 7am (I don'tknow what time they opened), at least that's what I saw. Greeted me with a warm smile.
While many people were snuggling at home, these amazing people were there even though the roads were very bad and beautiful snow everywhere.
And, it seemed that they weren't angry or even bothered for being at work during such bad weather. They were at work providing a warm smile with a delicious hot coffee and treating me as if I was a long-time friend!
One of the employees told me she had been out enjoying the snow and then went to work. I am so proud to meet people like her. She knows how to enjoy life while maintaining her high work ethics. PURELY AMAZING!
To all the employees... YOU ROCK!

The staff here is always so friendly, helpful, and smiling. The products taste delicious!! They even have a rewards program. When it's cold, it is challenging to find a seat, so you do have to plan that you will just be taking out. In the summer the seating is endless, as it's right off the common area at Mosaic. It is our go-to coffee shop.

Lots of people waiting a long time for drinks as the barista talked to who I assume was her boyfriend.

Overpriced and awful. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit made me sad.

This restaurant is in a great location, right in the middle of the most inclusive district ever. Inside, you'll find people from one culture and outside many other cultures, all mixing together.

The food was excellent but couldn’t help notice than an employee/manger kept a table reserved while customers were forced to stand.

Cute little coffee shop. Very busy. Many people working at tables. There is outdoor seating but it was too cold outside to take advantage. Had to wait for a table inside for about 15 minutes and then had to race others waiting to get a seat
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Parking: Did not see a parking garage nearby. Parked on the street nearby

The black sesame “latte” is actually a steamer — it has no espresso in it, despite being on the menu under “coffee and espresso” and being called a latte.
Misleading advertising, but props for having black sesame as a flavor option, and they added espresso to my latte since I was not told that the black sesame “latte” didn’t come with espresso.
