Ice cream is good, but the tea made me throw up for three days straight. Not to mention, all of the tea flavours taste the same

When I first started going to work at the mall in August I went there every break I had to get something to drink. The people are very nice and polite I always enjoyed being able to talk to the people there, it’s a shame I never got any Ice Cream due to time. I’m really gonna miss this place.

The boba pearls sucks. It don't have flavor, it taste like plastic and it ruins the flavor of the drink.

Young college-aged employee was rude to me from the get go. No greeting, no nothing. I said hi and started to order. Then asked if they had Apple Pay and she went "no" in a forceful tone like sheesh okay. She then tells me to pick toppings to which I asked "what are the options?" to which she flatly says "they're listed there...you can pick 3." No thank you, no courtesy, no crumb of decency, nothing. Don't know why she's taking out her bad day on innocent customers. Definitely not worth the nearly $8 for some ice cream with such crappy customer service.

So fun!! There are so many different flavors and it’s a fun experience to watch the ice cream being rolled! Mint chocolate chip and peanut butter are both delicious! Highly recommend.

Such a neat experience. My kids love to choose their own toppings for ice cream so this is a great little treat and neat experience. They have tons of options to choose from as far as toppings and flavors and you get to watch them making the rollups on the cold slab. One size for $6.25.

They have posted hours as being open till 9:00. At 8:00 they told us they're not taking any more orders. Turned away a party of seven. Unfortunately we had planned our visit based on these hours, they should figure out how to update their hours. Kids were pretty upset after planning on going there all afternoon. Pretty disappointing experience, fortunately there are other options available within 15 minutes or so. We went elsewhere in had a nice time. Not sure we'd even try monster roll again.

Love the tea with bubba, the ? ice cream... To die for. Excellent variety. They do everything in front of you. Everything fresh.
The lady was rude and act like she couldn't hear me when I was telling her my order. Then the tea was nasty and watered down. I'm so disappointed in them do better. it was crowded and only two people were working at the time. NEVER AGAIN !

Hands down my favorite healthy ice cream place! This is a hidden gem, and the matcha time is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had!
