The sauce is so good with the chicken or fries. Highly recommend if you like spicy food

We love Nando’s what else can I say. If you haven’t tried Nando’s before, then you gotta try it.

Good as always came hot and fresh with the Nandos signature taste!

The food is good, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and/or under ill-trained. The restaurant was not very clean. It looked like either the staff could not keep up or perhaps they did not care.

Chicken is great, but 50 cents worth of rice for $3.50?!

Well, I don't usually write bad reviews, but my experience on this Friday night was horrible ? food portions were too small. Especially the chicken! The service was messy.. we asked for utensils, and they said they were dirty.. took them at least 10 mins to bring some, by that time the food was already cold. A waitress just straight up knocked off the sauce and threw most of it. Didn't even say sorry! But maybe all this happened because they were busy?!

Taste is great but the serving size for a LARGE box costs $7.43 via Uber yet quantity is equivalent to a small! Pissed off that greedy merchant rips people off this way and expect tips to offset the cost of salaries on top of that.? No one wins when you sneakily skimp on quality and quantity. Rating is based on the sample serving I tasted.

Food here is always good ☑️. It was self serve. Like I had to go even get a fork, and the sauce I put on my order wasn’t with the food. Instead of the server getting it he had me go do it, so there was no service. I was practically an employee there. The only thing left was for me to go into their kitchen and prepare my own food.

I’m literally laughing at their response to this review because they heard it and thought it was a good review. It’s…medium. If someone goes to a restaurant and sits down for service the expectation is service—which didn’t exist. Don’t worry they still asked for a tip because the culture around this is out of control lately. What is going on? ?

We had a limited amount of time for lunch, and we placed an order for pick up after the website confirmed it would only take 6 minutes.

40 minutes later, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. The excuse was that one oven went down & they ran out of chicken. That’s fair, but we were inside the store & it wasn’t busy. Chicken doesn’t take an hour to cook.

The manager we spoke to was rude. She offered to cancel the order for a refund (40 minutes after it had been placed) or told us to wait the full hour for our food. After we asked if there was anything else they could do, we were offered a free dessert & a coupon for a future visit (which will never get used because this place is dead to us).

The chicken isn’t good enough to wait an hour, overpay, and put up with terrible service.

Delicious meal. Had the children breast sandwich (medium) with cole slaw and corn on the cob. Very attentive and friendly staff.

I usually order from this location because it is the closest to me but quality has been going downhill for some time already. Every time I go to pick up the person in charge of grilling the chicken is never wearing gloves which I find outrageous. Others are wearing gloves but for some reason he never is. They seem to be trying their best but it is not enough as I just found hair on my cucumber. I cannot recommend to others and I am thinking of stop going to this location.
