Many traditional Chinese dishes along with Americanized favorites. They may attempt to coax you into changing your mind if you’re not Asian and you want something traditional.
I've been eating Chinese food over 60 years and this place repeatedly shows me that I don't know Chinese food at all. It's the closest to the food we ate in Taiwan. Fresh ingredients skillfully and simply prepared. Lots of dishes I haven't tried yet. Counting the days till I can go back.

Ordering one entree and a bunch of appetizer/small dishes can offer more of an experience. There are some very traditional types of dishes that won't appeal to those used to foods that are loaded with sugar. They have one service staff who is always busy yet very capable in taking orders. Nanjing Bistro is highly recommended to give this restaurant at least a try in an attempt to broaden culinary experiences.
