The food here is always delicious and fresh. I had the Pepper Steak this time and we also shared Drunken Noodle with chicken. We love it with beef too!

Service was great and they have the best green curry I have ever had.

I clicked on the link for Neisha Thai Fairfax and they have an Order Online link and it's actually to order for Neisha Thai Tysons. So obviously I ordered at the wrong place so I had to go all the way over to Tysons to pick up the food. So horrible.

I am glad this group opened in Fairfax. I worked in Tysons area and would go to that location but I am glad they opened a new location in Fairfax. Yes, it is attached to the Hotel but I did a take-out due to COVID. They followed all the instructions and the food was packaged nicely. The food portions are good, there was little left over but I enjoyed it. The Drunken Noodles are cooked nicely and I could still see the wok seared (which is a good thing), nice and spicy. I also got the Thai Curry, also taste. I'll def. will be back.

I ordered the vegetarian Pad Thai. The portions were big but lacking flavor. I was expecting it to have a bit more spice, I think that would have balanced the sweetness of the dish. I didn't love it but overall I was still pleased with my dish. I think I'll come back again and try something different.

Such an authentic and professional Thai restaurant. Their Pad Thai noodle is the best!! No other Thai restaurant can beat it. Also, the crispy duck was so good. And the new manager is super kind. He gave us the fried banana ice-cream as a free desert. All their dishes were genuinely amazing. Strongly recommend!

The pad thai was good. Everything else I ordered was TERRIBLE.

The lady who greets people and serves is so incredibly rude. Didn’t feel welcomed at all and she had had a tone and attitude the whole time. They “blocked” off a part of the entrance with one small plant because of ice on the sidewalk and we didn’t see that and walked past right up to the front door and she opened the door and was so rude saying that the small potted plant is clearly blocking the way and we shouldn’t have walked that way and gone around. She didn’t even open the door right away to let us in. It was like she didn’t even want customers. The food was decent but she came and took our plates away when there was still food on it! She never even asked if we were finished. She just grabbed them. I’m never coming back. The Neisha by Tysons is overall way better than here.

Horrible place. Came by on a Saturday night and was greeted with a grumpy lady that doesn't want us there. Wanted to give the place another try on another Saturday night... Different lady this time... But same horrible service like they don't want us to eat there. They didn't even wear masks so we could see their grumpy face clearly...Will never come again. Avoid at all cost.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I have to say their service is always good and they keep the spot neat all the time. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

this place has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. The lady at the front was not wearing a mask and said “if you are so scared why didn’t you just stay at home” when we were getting hand sanitizer. first of all, not wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic is not safe for her, her family, and the people around her. second of all, the way she judged my family and i for wanting to be safe is unacceptable. if she doesn’t agree than she can keep it to herself but telling us to leave and eat at home is simply unprofessional and rude. she might as well have drop kicked a baby on the sidewalk. however the food was decent and tasteful unlike the service. I personally recommend the pad thai. good food but i don’t think i will be coming back.

I ordered the Tum Yum soup, it’s definitely overpriced for the portion size, and it wasn’t very flavorful nor spicy even though I requested it to be spice. Tasted a bit too much like watered down oil.

Ordered the panang curry with beef. It came super plain and no any flavor. I also found a few chicken chunks in the curry. That was disgusting! There is also no any vegetables in the curry. Not like any panang curry I had in Thai restaurant.
