This Noodles & Company location provided unacceptable service. My online order, placed an hour in advance, was not prepared upon arrival, and the staff was unaware of it until I notified them. My request for additional noodles as compensation for the delay was denied. This represents a significant failure in customer service.

Great experience! We had a big group and they forgot to make one of the meals, but they had it straightened in minutes with piping hot food. They gave use a complimentary cookie for waiting. Then they came and checked on us after to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pesto kavatappi is slightly under flavored. Penne rosa is pretty good here. The Japanese steak noodle is pretty sweet and spicy. The sweetness is a little bit much.

I have literally never gone to a Noodles and Co with bad customer service and this one especially had the sweetest girl working that came and took my trash even though the customer is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Food was also 10/10
The food here is much better than the one on Route 7. I’m impressed I’ve covered the same dish at both locations and this fairfax one is amazing.

Had their new Spicy Korean Steak Noodles, with lots of fresh vegetable toppings and Chicken dumplings/potstickers. Their food is always delicious and satisfying!

These guys sold me a few noodles and plain no taste spaghetti sauce for 1 order, 2nd Penna Rosa, paid $4.50 to add steak which literally was a few pieces. The spaghetti had no taste just plain old sauce, The food items weren't worth over $25 that I know for sure. Won't be getting my business again, specifically when one of their employees put a very rude comment when I emailed their headquarters.
