I used to like this restaurant a lot. I used to eat at the Fair Lakes one quite a bit - getting the same meal all the time - The pasta with the parmesan crusted chicken and Alfredo sauce. I got the same thing today. I was not overly impressed with the chicken though. It seems like pressed chicken, almost like chicken crisps instead of chicken strips. And there was a large amount of pasta, two large for the amount of chicken that was provided. Maybe I'll come back, and try something different next time. Picked up my to-go order and the Hispanic woman at the counter doesn’t have any people skills. She is rude and unpleasant. I asked for 1 side of Parmesan cheese and said they charge for that. I have been to several Noodle and company establishments and never have been charged for that.To the owner - please work on the morale of your team because your employees are flat out rude and depressing. The fair oaks location is a model of what your establishment should strive to be like.

The worst experience ever. They delivered the wrong food, we spoke with the manager Brent, who was rude and dismissive. Never, ever will I ever order food from this establishment. There are so many other options, don't put yourself in a position to be abused by this place.

The manager "Brent" was unbelievably disrespectful towards me. We ordered food on UberEats and what we received was completely wrong. They forgot half of one meal and put real chicken on mine (I am vegetarian and ordered their impossible panko chicken). When I called to see if I could get it fixed, Brent rudely started rattling off things and I just said to refund me. He said "okay dude" in a very hostile tone and hung up on me. When my father called back as he was sitting next to me, Brent was immediately much kinder speaking to a man, stating he did nothing of the sort, and blatantly lying to him (my father was next to me and heard everything on the phone). To the DM of this individual location, please rethink your employee choices.

Solid noodle dishes. Try the Korean or Japanese if you like a little spice. I prefer getting it sans protein and adding extra cilantro. A go to place time and again.

Food has improved from the last time that i visited. Much more veggies in the veggie noodles than before! Floor was dirty and there was a large hose snaking through the restaurant making it hazardous to walk to the booths.

I ordered from them recently on Grubhub. I got spaghetti and meatballs ($13.13), tomato basil bisque ($3.44), and a large unsweetened tea ($4.19). The delivery fee was $4.49, the service fee was $3.32, the sales tax was $2.08, and the driver's tip was $6.05. I like their spaghetti a lot. A good place for a quick bite.

I ordered Penne Rosa online with grilled chicken and Parmesan. When I receive my order, the chicken was not grilled, and I had gotten feta on my order. I called the store, and the employee was not helpful in the slightest. Do not come here.
