Noodles and Company

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I arrived, the front desk server an older gentleman with grey hair completely ignored me. He looked at me twice but said nothing, didn’t greet me, or even acknowledge that I was there. It felt incredibly dismissive and unwelcoming. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve received at any restaurant. Based on this interaction, I will not be returning.

It's my niece's favorite stop. I like it OK, it's Not bad, It's cooked Fresh & it's ALWAYS Better than that fast food crap that's For Sure. I like it when they add new stuff. The new stuff is sometimes better than anything else, lol. But of course the new stuff doesn't stay, lol. It's Good while it lasts.

I always have amazing experiences with the workers. They are so helpful and wonderful and cheerful!! Love coming here :)

I highly recommend going to this Noodles and Company location. I have been here a couple times with the kiddo and it was never too busy to enjoy a meal, but the service was fast, and food hot. It is walking distance to all sorts of shops on this stretch, and makes for a great weekend shopping lunch option with enough variety of foods for picky eaters, such as the buttered parmesan noodles (always a win with the kiddos).

Serving size (large) is looking more like a child's small these days. Otherwise the food was good ..

Overpriced food, ridiculously small sizes for what you pay for. so disappointing

We try different dishes between me and my fiancee, honestly her dishes was waaay better than mine. Next time I will order another dish.

I ordered the pesto one but was lack of flavor 😕

The bread sticks are delicious

And the prices is affordable.

Definitely I will give another try.

Soo rude , the guy who was named Luis was so rude , this is not acceptable , i would definitely not recommend this place.

We went to your place to eat something nice and got a disgraceful service. The rude and inappropriate behavior of the person named Luise who introduced herself as the manager was very repulsive. Even though he got our order wrong, he blamed us and asked for payment again. I see that your place has many low star reviews other than mine, I hope you consider this for your brand.

I had the worst experience at Noodle Company Fair leaks today, and it was all thanks to an employee named Louis. Not only was he rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the menu, but he also rolled his eyes and acted like I was a bother. When my order came out wrong, I politely asked for it to be fixed, but Louis seemed annoyed and barely acknowledged me. He didn’t apologize or even make an effort to correct the mistake quickly. He said that he is a manager of this place I do not believe him because there is no manager can act like him. It was really terrible service from Louis made this experience even worse. I’ll never come back to this place. Hope Noodle Company will do something about him!!!

Good area. Nice, neat, and clean. Utensils fully stocked, drinks not watered down, endless napkins available. Myself and my guest felt comfortable. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Food is tasty. Good portions a price.

Normally this place hits but I made a mistake on getting the 4 cheese Alfredo… it was worst then what a 3rd can make. My wife got what she always gets and it was a hit…. Note to self don’t try their specials bc they won’t look like the pictures and portions will be cut in half.

The people are still cool there so at least we got that.

Tofu was old and rubbery. Why are all the noodles locations so different? It's not worth the money. And the guy never asked me to use my rewards. Only going back to one location that's decent.
