This place absolutely messed me up. I ate here and ended up with food poisoning not long after, and I’ve been sick for days. The front desk even told me that a couple of other people had the same issue recently. I shared with them and they showed zero concern. I also see other reviews saying they got food poisoning here too. Really awful experience. Stay far away from this place

Food poisoning alert: I got the chicken sandwich and fries and ended up sick for two days afterward. Just sharing this so others can be cautious! Stay away from the place not worth the risk of getting sick!

The food is decent. We had appetizers. But the real seller for this bar is the service and bartenders Brian, Melaney, and Raz. Consistently kind, talkative, very fun, and friendly. Brian is killer at cocktails. He is willing to experiment and try new things, funny, likes to joke with customers. Excellent mixologist!! If you want an amazing drink, go find him. You will not be disappointed.

I've eaten here twice this week, and I enjoyed the Ribeye. The real star is the bartender Brian. He goes above and beyond to take care of the guests, and ensures things are right.

If you're looking for an out-of-this-world incredibly crafted cocktail, ask for Bryan at the bar. His service is personable, drinks are delicious, and will make you wish you were staying a few more days to enjoy his craft. Food was alright, but drinks were exceptional.

Very nice breakfast experience, open buffet and optional a la carte
The prices are pretty much what you'd expect in the outskirts of D.C. and the on reason this doesn't quite make it to five stars. Prakash and Tamara at the bar were incredible hosts and made the experience one I would highly recommend.

Usually avoid hotel restaurants but this one is great.

The breakfast buffet had several options and all were hot & delicious. The service was efficient. The women servers were friendly, but the man was not. He made me feel as if he was being inconvenienced.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver with ramp access into the building.

Staff are lazy and inattentive. The cook is oblivious to food temps. Couldn't cook a medium steak if their life depended on it. So typical for Hilton quality. They expect their name and fancy buildings to make up for bad service and quality.

Has a great atmosphere for a hotel. My partner and I sat down and were the only 2 in the place. Ordered the Steak and Sausage and Peppers. I’m not sure how they managed to bring it to us cold. Steak was over cooked. Not medium rare. We ended up getting food poisoning.

I have only positive things to say about my experience eating here. I was not staying at the Hilton but was in the area with a friend and we decided to have some lunch. We ordered the Southwestern Nachos to start and they were INCREDIBLE. The portion was huge. The queso hit me on first bite. Best I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was super flavorful too. Next I tried the Farmhouse Burger. I asked for no egg. It was divine. The caramelized onions were so delicious and the burger was cooked excellently. Even the fries were great- perfect amount of salt!
The service was also a part of the positive experience. Our server, Kripa, was kind and did her job well.
Would go again for sure to try the flatbreads, fried chicken sandwich, and the desserts!!!
Last, there are of lot of seating options.
Five out of five!
Parking: Huge parking lot. Easy entrance past some automatic doors and then you’re in the hotel. You walk straight and the bar will be to your left and you’ll see all the tables choices in front and to the left of you.
Dietary restrictions: Not many low carb options.
