Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This location was our go to place. Daughter loves Olive Garden so we decided to go celebrate her birthday there this week and it was the worse experience ever. She ordered something, her food came, she started eating and the most rudest manager came with another plate saying she was given the wrong food because what she had was more expensive and took her food away. We were not given straws, never received our dipping sauce until we went to tell the manager and his response was don’t worry, I will reduce the bill for you. That is not what I was looking for. I ended up giving the difference to the waiter who just did not do a good job but I was not there to eat for free. Last time going to this location. To make matters worse, she got sick throwing up in the morning and I am now wondering what the hell was in the food the manager rudely came to just take in front of her that she had already started eating.

Manager has a lot to learn about customer service and if change does not happen soon, will run this place to the ground. If you are interested in substandard service, the Fairfax VA location is the place to be!

My son love them. He loved their food. He loved their service. He loved the music the table their style I love everything about Olive Gardening he forced me to go there every week twice

I have gone to this location many times, I had my family with me, there was (4)of us and (3)had soup and salad with bread sticks, (1) had spaghetti with salad, the entrees were good, but I asked for a naked salad with vinegar and oil and was told the vinegar was low, so I said I wanted the vinegar, the waiter seemed to forget about the salad, had to ask again, but did bring 1/4 bottle of vinegar and I did eventually get the salad. So let’s get to check out- another drama, they have this machine at the table, I had a gift card I wanted to use towards the bill, I noticed my bill went up 9.00$ , so the server took the card and I noticed the card was used for a gratuity, 9.00$,hmmmmm, we left, probably won’t go again, and heads up the bathroom ( women’s) disgusting experience!!!!

Love the lunch here. Unlimited soup and salad with bread sticks or order a lunch portion dishes starting from $9.49 and up. Great services, highly recommend.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM I'VE EVER SEEN! I waited in the car for 15 minutes after checking in and receiving confirmation of checking in. I'm 9 months pregnant and it's over 90 degrees outside. Finally someone comes out to demand money and didn't even have a pen on her. I go inside, both girls behind the counter were extremely rude. Phone was ringing off the hook (my mother, calling to ask why her payment wasn't being accepted) and they were whispering to each other to not pick up like I couldn't hear them. Manager was darting around in the background pretending he either wasn't a manager or didn't know I was there but actively trying to both be present to eavesdrop and still avoid the entire situation. Absolutely embarrassing. I've been in customer service management for almost 20 years and I was embarrassed just watching the situation unfold- I have never in my life seen such a simple situation handed so poorly and unprofessionally! The part that made me most angry was that I listened to one of the girls READ OFF MY MOTHER'S ENTIRE CREDIT CARD NUMBER OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF 20 PEOPLE!!!! WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING AT THIS LOCATION AND WHO THE HELL HIRED THESE PEOPLE!?!!

Our server, Manuel, was excellent. He was very friendly, attentive, efficient, polite and checked on us multiple times. Very good service.

The service was absolutely horrible. Our server (Jenny or yenny) was extremely rude. We asked for water and she said “yeah yeah I know.” We then let her know that the small plates she brought were dirty and smelled like onion and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience. She was clearly in a rush. When we ordered our food we asked for the salmon to be cooked medium and she literally scowled at us and told us that’s not possible. We had done it before and have never had any issues and let her know this but she was adamant and said she would bring the manager Fatima. Fatima reiterated that that’s not something they can do because “medium cooked salmon requires a different kind of salmon that they don’t serve.” Such a shame because we are regulars and have never experienced such terrible service.

Loved my experience here! I always come to this restaurant as it isn't too expensive and the food is delicious. I love getting the chicken alfredo pasta and the mozarella bites those are amazing! The waiters are so nice as well and are very patient. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Came to this restaurant with high expectations and my mind was blown at how great the service was and the quality of the food and id say the best manager was David he was super caring and nice to his employees and treats everyone with respect. I would definitely come back again.
