When I got there no one was at the front desk, had to wait a good 5 mins before someone came back to it. The place was fairly loud but wasn’t that crowded. The waitress was good when she finally got there, but things went way down hill with the food. I ordered iced tea for a drink which I could only take a few sips of because there was an odd metallic taste to it. I ordered the Delmonico steak with rice and green beans for a meal. The waitress was excited saying they were going to add it to the permanent menu. The over all size of it was impressive but that’s it. I ordered it medium but it came so far past well done I had trouble cutting it and the steak, rice, and green beans were incredibly salty. I only managed a few bites of steak, a few bites of rice and half the green beans. When the waitress came back she asked how it was and I showed her how over done the steak was and she offered to get another one but my appetite was ruined at that point. The one good thing is the manager took the meal off the bill but didn’t come out to say anything personally. Overall very disappointed in the food.

I'm writing this review mainly because we received fresh green beans.. when I ordered green beans as my side I assumed it was going to be canned beans. But was so happy to see it was not just fresh green beans but it was so good.

I'm not sure what happened to Outback but whatever it is I'm here for it. The NY strip is back *yay* and the sides are delicious.

Our service was great. Food was fabulous and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible experience i would never go here again. Honestly the rudest customer service i have ever seen. Older lady never came to check on us took over an hour just to get a salad. 1 hour 15 to get food. When I got my well done steak was still bloody. Waitress never even came over to offer us refills. The lady had no patience at all. After the horrible experience I would hate to say Waitress was racist but all the other tables were waited on. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager said I am sorry to hear that when we told him our experience and walked away. Ridiculous restaurant experience never again. I have never seen where a manager doesn't try to resolve how awful an experience was.

I had the most exceptional dining experience at Outback Steakhouse, thanks to our incredible waiter, Felix. From the moment we walked in, Felix greeted us with a warm smile and an impressive level of professionalism. He ensured our table was comfortable and paid attention to even the smallest details.

Felix’s extensive knowledge of the menu and his thoughtful recommendations enhanced our meal immensely. He was attentive without being intrusive, always appearing at just the right moment to refill drinks or check on our needs. His friendly and upbeat demeanor made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

It’s clear that Felix is passionate about his job and goes above and beyond to ensure a top-notch dining experience. Outback Steakhouse is lucky to have such a dedicated and talented individual on their team. If you visit, be sure to ask for Felix—you won’t be disappointed!

Our experience at Outback Steakhouse this weekend was very disappointing. We ordered prime ribs, steak, with baked potatoes. Our food was served cold, potatoes were cold and old . Adding to the frustration, the light above our table was broken, making it hard to even see our food properly.

The restaurant was busy, and we were quite hungry, so we decided not to complain to the server. However, this doesn’t excuse the poor food quality and the lack of basic maintenance in the dining area.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the kitchen and maintenance issues to improve the overall experience for future guests.

Ordered a $40 steak and loaded baked potatoes and salad for $81 from over eats. Never received the salad or potato. Was credited $5. Never again

My bread had the longest piece of hair in it. I showed it to our waiter and he apologize and offered more, you can imagine the disappointment and feeling I had knowing someone’s hair was in my food . Then when we finally got our entrees they were cold, the baked potato, the shrimp, the Brussels sprouts, the broccoli, the everything, taste and temp was as if it had been sitting. We notified the manager and he offered to remake the meals but that doesn’t make up for the hair in the bread roll. Ugh what an experience. And we still ended with a bill for $172. Never again. Disappointment at its finest…… I gave 5 stars for the service because our waiter was great and although they comped the bill it wasn’t worth the amount paid.

This place has gone completely downhill and I hope they turn things around. My orders are always mixed up, they leave things out, or the quality is just not what it used to be. Tonight I ordered a steakhouse salad and they messed that order up. I would need to take an Uber to the restaurant, as my foot is broken, to get the missing item due their inability to correctly fill an order. When I called to talk to the manager, I told him that this keeps happening when I order there. Instead of listening to the customer, he started defending the staff. He then hung up on me. When I called back to get his name, the girl told me his first name then said she didn’t know her boss’s last name and went “to find out” his name. She got back on the phone and hung up on me again. This behavior is very unprofessional. It sounds like this restaurant’s solution to customer service is to hang up on the customer. If you order from here, check the entire order before leaving the restaurant!!
