Unfortunately this restaurant has really gone down hill now that it’s under new management. This use to be a great go-to restaurant/diner. I recently went for lunch and the restaurant was totally empty - it had always been a booming place. The prices have gone up and couldn’t believe they charged $16 for a plain grilled cheese sandwich. As far as atmosphere, there really isn’t any. The interiors haven’t been update and it’s very warn and outdated/dark looking. With all the other restaurants in Pan Am shopping center I’d predict this one won’t last too long with its higher prices and lack of updates.

This our favorite neighborhood restaurant. I have always enjoyed their pizza and salads. Very friendly service.

Place used to be outstanding! They used to have a crab cake sandwich that was out of this world. Then, I noticed things started to change, and not for the better. Chef became a little heavy handed on the salt, menu items started to disappear. I'll have to post another review as there's a brand new menu and different ownership.

I've been here several times before, and have generally been very pleased with the food. However, last night there were two things that were rather disappointing. The first was the baklava, which was absolutely terrible. It was as if somebody took a stack of Filo dough without bothering to brush butter between the layers, baked it and then never added the syrup which is what makes Baklava moist and delicious . it was totally dry, dense, and unpleasant. I sought away at it with a steak knife and had difficulty cutting it into pieces. The second thing that was disappointing was the pizza. I ordered a pizza with three toppings. The three toppings were distributed in an inner circle of the pizza that took up may be 1/3 of the area of the entire pizza. I felt rather gipped as most of the pizza had no toppings on it. The other thing that was disappointing was that for the sausage topping, they use breakfast sausage, which no self-respecting pizza place , that most of the pizza had no toppings on it. The other thing that was disappointing was that for the sausage topping, they use breakfast sausage, which no self-respecting pizza place would Ever do! I will say that the gyro I had was fantastic! Juicy, spicy and yummy!

Such a friendly place with home-style delicious food. Most of my family orders the gyro platter every time and has for years. I'm recently vegetarian, but I enjoy the pizzas, pasta and salad.Vegetarian options: Pizzas, pasta, salads, and some delicious vegetarian apps.

We have been going to Pan Am Family Restaurant for many years. We like it because of the comfortable casual family atmosphere and the fact that it's not too loud - nice & relaxed. The waiters are friendly and have been there as long as we can remember. We enjoy the food, especially their pizza and gyros, and look forward to our next meal there!

There aren't many local family run restaurants left. This is a favorite go to when we're in the area. Nothing fancy, but it's great to support a local family with their restaurant.

Menu is reduced under new management. Food has not changed in quality, still great and large portions. Wife had gyro platter, excellent. I had a pizza with gyro meat on it. A little different, but still very good. Highly recommend.

First time customer. We've seen this business for years and finally decided to try it. Sunday brunch food was good, but there was no kids menu. While atmosphere is kid-friendly/family-friendly, the pricing of menu options were not. Service was great. Note: This business passes the 3% card surcharge to the customer. Total bill for family of 4 is $94. Nearly $100 for brunch did not seem worth it for 2 adults, a 7 and 9 year old. Would recommend this business provide kid-friendly options in the future...
