MOUSE ALERT!!! My wife ordered large catering delivery with Panda Express, they dropped it off without confirming, it was the wrong order for like one person who has a different name than my wife, they do not pick up their phone, I had to drive in to try and get the order…. As I am waiting a MOUSE runs straight out the kitchen…, I immediately canceled my order and got a refund, I told the manager and he said all the restaurants in the mall had it like it was a normal thing…. This is clearly a health violation and unsafe…. This is not the only review about a mouse

We had dinner here yesterday. We saw the young lady dropped some buttered shrimp while serving. We're a bit relieved that she reached out to the droppings as we thought she's cleaning them out but we are shocked that she returned them into the pot! Lol. She knows we saw her and immediately went to the cash register. The other guy who was working with her was nice tho.

Not only did they open the gate late but they didn't have any of the menu items ready except for 2 options. The only thing they said was to come back later.

Be aware, manager David is stingey. Barely a full scoop of food. Not worth the $11 if he is working. I come twice a week working for Fairfax County across the street. Never have seen him before but if he is working, go next door.

This Panda Express is the best Panda Express I have ever been to. The food is delicious of course ,and everyone is so nice. It is so clean ! I have been to the one near Panda Express headquarters. This one is better!
I told cashier specifically that I need the chicken to be well done, and he still giving me the bad one , unfortunately the chicken teriyaki bacame very bad and this is last time I eat from this restaurant, I spent 11.55 for something that ended up in trash so bad

One of the best Panda Express experiences I’ve had. The food and portions were hefty and delicious. Maria was running the show and doing a really good job. I appreciate the effort from the staff and quality of food. Actually impressed.

I had a terrible experience with Panda Express. They consistently fail to complete my delivery orders. It's extremely frustrating to pay for items that never arrive. This has happened multiple times, and it shows poor management and lack of attention to detail. It feels like no one is ensuring orders are correct before they go out. If this is how they handle their delivery process, I can only imagine what else is slipping through the cracks. Very disappointing!
