If you order online and it happens to be late, they can & will cancel on you - citing that the food has run out. Would never recommend, your money is better spent many other places nearby.

I was there way before closing time. They had nothing. They were short.
Since I started at GMU, I've been a regular customer at this place. However, I won't be going back since my most recent experience did not live up to the level of quality and service that I'd come to expect from Panda Express.I prefer to drink water due to my health, since I was diagnosed with obesity last year. Yesterday, when I was about to pay for my order, I asked the cashier if I could have a cup for water (as I've done dozens of times with no issue), only to be told that they "don't do water cups anymore" and that they are available for 99 cents. This was allegedly their response to dishonest loser customers who would help themselves to a free drink in lieu of water.The employee could easily have given me (a loyal customer until this week) a water cup on this one occasion as a courtesy while informing me of their new policy so I know to plan around it in the future. A manager could easily have put a conspicuous sign on the door saying "NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER CUPS" and I would've simply chosen to eat elsewhere. If you're going to suddenly stop providing something that's an industry standard, is some notice too much to ask?Caught totally off guard, I just paid for my food and got to eat lunch with no water. Luckily I didn't choke on anything, since there was nothing to drink, but I sure was thirsty afterwards.After all the times I've paid full price for my food and followed all the rules, this is what I get- punishment for others' crimes and the choice to either buy something I wasn't planning to, or get nothing to drink because I didn't bring water with me.

⚜️I hope and pray that all is well with you all. ⚜️I mean sincerely and seriously with my honest French pleasures. ⚜️This location is interesting. Furthermore, I want to say that I have been to this place twice for food and other interests. ⚜️Anyway, the first time I ordered it was from a robot that always took and the food was more carbs than ever. ⚜️Second, the quantity was too much for my French stomach and all that. ⚜️Third, it's more American than Chinese food. ⚜️Fourth, when I came the second time with a dear fellow friend, then I had a wide diversity of food and this time it was a feast of food indeed. ⚜️ Fifthly, I would like to thank for your sincere appreciation for the service you have rendered to me and to all the people who walk in this humble door of the university itself, including serving me well. ⚜️ Sixth, I want to end by saying that the likelihood of me coming back to eat again would be next to nothing whether it was me or my friends. ⚜️The reason the robot delivery system was a scam, too expensive, not enough portions were tracked and too much food from the second in person visit which was both honest incidents. ⚜️So that doesn’t make me want to come back. ⚜️Finally, I want to end by saying a strong, chic and wise old French proverb that goes like this… It is by practice that you become a blacksmith which means that practice makes you perfect at least when it comes to listening my first-rate campus delivery robot that went completely wrong by not getting everything as stated on the college application, a long time ago. ⚜️This old French proverb transports you straight to a medieval French town where the blacksmith was an important member of the local community. ⚜️Experience the French language and Christian Francophonie all over the world. ⚜️Anyway, thanks for listening and God bless. ⚜️Just remember that Jesus loves you now and forever.⚜️
