If you order online and it happens to be late, they can & will cancel on you - citing that the food has run out. Would never recommend, your money is better spent many other places nearby.

Since I started at GMU, I've been a regular customer at this place. However, I won't be going back since my most recent experience did not live up to the level of quality and service that I'd come to expect from Panda Express.I prefer to drink water due to my health, since I was diagnosed with obesity last year. Yesterday, when I was about to pay for my order, I asked the cashier if I could have a cup for water (as I've done dozens of times with no issue), only to be told that they "don't do water cups anymore" and that they are available for 99 cents. This was allegedly their response to dishonest loser customers who would help themselves to a free drink in lieu of water.The employee could easily have given me (a loyal customer until this week) a water cup on this one occasion as a courtesy while informing me of their new policy so I know to plan around it in the future. A manager could easily have put a conspicuous sign on the door saying "NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER CUPS" and I would've simply chosen to eat elsewhere. If you're going to suddenly stop providing something that's an industry standard, is some notice too much to ask?Caught totally off guard, I just paid for my food and got to eat lunch with no water. Luckily I didn't choke on anything, since there was nothing to drink, but I sure was thirsty afterwards.After all the times I've paid full price for my food and followed all the rules, this is what I get- punishment for others' crimes and the choice to either buy something I wasn't planning to, or get nothing to drink because I didn't bring water with me.

no sure what happened to this Chain; food getting worst & worst. all dishes are cold & 200% on oil.the noodle was one of their best dishes, now overcooked, no cabbage & oily taste.hope they can improve it since it is nearby my office.

very poor customer service at this restaurant. Although I very much like panda express, this location has extremely poor customer service. I placed an order with them and they did not have the item I ordered, although I was not told that at the time of order and then, when got there to pick it up, was told they didn't have it, but they wouldn't give me a refund because it was too long since I had placed the order. I do not like nor can I eat much of what else they have at the restaurant, so why was I not told that at the time of placing the order? Very very poor customer service!

Rice was hard and chicken was 90% breading and 10% chicken. Lady at the register refused to help my boyfriend enter the bathroom when he couldn’t enter the code. The restaurant was not even busy and there was no line. If you come here expect to not be able to use the restroom

Bad location.Panda Express is a great restaurant but this location only had about half the menu cooked. And they also gave me the wrong side that I asked for. They also don’t have teas they normally ask for. And the workers have attitudes.
