Panda Express

Ordered my meal from this store via uber eats and not only was it cold, it came with no fork and only 1 sauce when I made sure to order more than one.
How can I eat fried rice with no fork?????? That is so disrespectful and inconsiderate. People pay their hard earned money for this service and they don’t even care to do it right. I am so hungry and PISSED. Do better !!!

The food is good, but the wait time is long. I placed a mobile order almost 30 minutes ago and by the time I got there one of the entrees wasnt ready so I had to wait almost an extra 10 minutes when i got there.

I went to the Panda Express in Fairfax. The service was fine, and the employees were polite. The store looked clean, and the prices were not bad, but not cheap, a bowl without a drink cost around 10$.

As for the food, it’s not really my taste. It doesn’t feel like real Chinese food—too oily, too sweet, and overall too fatty. I usually do not buy anything for myself from Panda Express. I mostly just go because my kids like it. A few items might be okay, but most of it doesn’t seem very healthy.

Give Ramon a raise!
Tuesday june 16, on a rainy night. I made my hubby drive 40min , my 36 pregnancy craving wanted panda express for dinner.

We asked for two plates, I always get the usual beigin beef, chow mein, fried rice. The person serving me stated there was no more beef ): so I asked him what was anything the was closer to the flavor.

That’s when he asked Ramon, I guessed he spoke Spanish. I asked him in Spanish the same question, and told him I really wanted the beef. He went out his way and asked for a batch. Freshly cooked and flavored beigin beef (: mind you this was one hour before closing . Ramon is a GOAT! Everything else was smooth.

Despite the weather, the restaurant floor was dry and safe to walk in. Made me safe during my pregnancy. Will definitely be coming more often.

In life you need to be patient and thankful with the workers, if not make your own food at home (:

The little short Spanish guy with the earrings and serving food has an attitude and gives little food. Asked for beef and broccoli and got two pieces of beef and all broccoli. Asked for more and he wouldn't do it. The cashier also has an attitude and never smiles when I'm there. They need to go!

First time in this location, the person who helped us was the worst person, she acted like she was doing us a favor the noddles were super old and cold. I asked for soy sauce and she avoids touching my hands and what she did she throw the packages to me. Awful Awful we will never come back here and never referred to anyone.

This place was incredible. I came around 2:30 and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Friendly staff as well. 5 stars and one of the best panda’s I’ve been to

It was overcrowded with insufficient tables and long lines for food. We had to wait for more orange chicken to be made.

The short Asian lady cashier is very dismissive and will blatantly ignore you when you’re speaking. Ordered ahead and stood at the pick up area for 15 minutes and not even a glance. Asked her multiple times if she could hand me my order as I saw it with my name. Kept ignoring me so I just went behind the counter and grabbed it; she didn’t even care. Saw her speak rudely to customers when I was observing her.

Absolutely dissapointed I came in order my food and when I was getting ready to pay(cash) the cashier said they didn't have change for 50$ bill what!!!?? completely uncalled for how you are not going to have change in your store. ridiculous 👎🏻
