This isn’t a rant, it’s constructive criticism for whoever’s managing this location. Fix your Chow Mein. It’s supposed to be noodles, not a bag of cabbage and onions. At this point it’s LITERALLY 95% veggies and maybe 10% noodles. That’s not “portion control,” that’s misleading. This is my 2nd time here and it keeps getting worse. Either someone’s cutting corners or you’re trying to fool people.

Ian and Jared at Panda Express turned a quick lunch run into a truly memorable experience. I have never seen anyone so FRIENDLY and INVITING. They made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Most fast food spots feel rushed or standoffish, but Ian and Jared greeted every customer with warmth and genuine care. I even tried to give each of them a $10 tip and they politely refused, saying they weren’t allowed to accept tips, and that honesty and professionalism only made me admire them more. These two are the heart of that location; they make the business what it is. If I owned a restaurant, I would hire them in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way!

I scheduled my pickup for 5:15, but the food didn’t come out until 5:33. What’s the point of setting a pickup time if it’s never ready? I ended up being late for my meeting because I had to wait. This isn’t the first time — every visit, I’ve had to wait at least 5 minutes or more. Really frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered my meal from this store via uber eats and not only was it cold, it came with no fork and only 1 sauce when I made sure to order more than one.
How can I eat fried rice with no fork?????? That is so disrespectful and inconsiderate. People pay their hard earned money for this service and they don’t even care to do it right. I am so hungry and PISSED. Do better !!!

The food is good, but the wait time is long. I placed a mobile order almost 30 minutes ago and by the time I got there one of the entrees wasnt ready so I had to wait almost an extra 10 minutes when i got there.

I went to the Panda Express in Fairfax. The service was fine, and the employees were polite. The store looked clean, and the prices were not bad, but not cheap, a bowl without a drink cost around 10$.

As for the food, it’s not really my taste. It doesn’t feel like real Chinese food—too oily, too sweet, and overall too fatty. I usually do not buy anything for myself from Panda Express. I mostly just go because my kids like it. A few items might be okay, but most of it doesn’t seem very healthy.

Give Ramon a raise!
Tuesday june 16, on a rainy night. I made my hubby drive 40min , my 36 pregnancy craving wanted panda express for dinner.

We asked for two plates, I always get the usual beigin beef, chow mein, fried rice. The person serving me stated there was no more beef ): so I asked him what was anything the was closer to the flavor.

That’s when he asked Ramon, I guessed he spoke Spanish. I asked him in Spanish the same question, and told him I really wanted the beef. He went out his way and asked for a batch. Freshly cooked and flavored beigin beef (: mind you this was one hour before closing . Ramon is a GOAT! Everything else was smooth.

Despite the weather, the restaurant floor was dry and safe to walk in. Made me safe during my pregnancy. Will definitely be coming more often.

In life you need to be patient and thankful with the workers, if not make your own food at home (:
