Their coffee is available all day but most of their pots are empty or sitting there with old brewed coffee. Customer service is awful, haven’t had one good experience yet. I just frequent there often because it’s close but I’m putting off coffee till later till I’m at a better location.

Mrs. Nadia is a Manager if she was very kind but I consider that she lacks skills to solve some situations
I gave us some gifs card at Christmas to eat there and she said that the gifs card did not have enough balance we had not even taken them out of the packaging, when I checked on the website indeed if they have money my question is what happened to Panera? My annoyance is not with the manager Nadia she maybe didn't have the information about the gifs card but as Panera they sell Gifs card and they can't be used in the stores? And they make customers have a hard time

I live closer to the West Springfield location but believe me this is one of the best Panera locations I've visited. The atmosphere, warmth, and cleanliness is by far superior than the others. They even picked up our trays as we finished our meals. The layout is comfortable as well. Highly recommend for a cost-friendly meal. Great customer service!

I had 20 minutes to grab a simple breakfast sandwich. First in line; 15 minutes later they hadn’t even started the sandwich. But they were prepping dozens of sandwiches for lunch.

My recent stop at Panera Bread, intended to be a quick, comfortable break, was unfortunately marred by disappointing drinks and noticeably uncomfortable seating. While Panera generally excels in providing a pleasant ambiance, this particular experience was hampered by two key areas that need serious attention.
​The main letdown was the beverage selection. I opted for one of the specialty fountain drinks, and frankly, the taste was off. It tasted diluted, almost watered-down, and lacked the robust flavor I expect. It felt like the mix was too weak or the syrup ratio was incorrect. A simple drink shouldn't be a source of complaint, but this left a poor initial impression, and I noticed the same watery quality in my companion's beverage as well. If Panera is going to feature specialty drinks, the quality control needs to be consistent and high.
​Beyond the lackluster drink, the seating arrangements were surprisingly uncomfortable. The chairs felt stiff and unforgiving, and the booth I chose had a hard, unyielding backrest. For a café that encourages people to sit, work, and relax, the furniture simply didn't promote a comfortable stay. After only twenty minutes, I felt restless and eager to leave, which defeats the purpose of choosing a welcoming café environment.
​While the food service was fine, the combination of poor-tasting, weak drinks and the unwelcoming physical environment significantly detracted from the visit. Panera needs to adjust its drink quality assurance and re-evaluate its seating ergonomics to truly live up to its reputation as a cozy, convenient spot.

Service and food portion have completely gone down the drain in the past few months. Last month I ordered the oatmeal and the portion became half a bowl deep and barely cooked it was grainy and raw. And sandwich packaging was drenched in buttery oil which was never an ingredient in this sandwich, let alone a full sandwich became a palm size.

Today my delivery order has been pending 30 mins in preparing for a simple salad using the Panera app I should have doordashed it.
