"Today, the weather was cold, so I stopped by Panera to have a cup of coffee. I put the cup in the dispenser and waited. A staff member came and asked if the coffee was hot. Seeing the steam from the hot water, he confirmed that the coffee was indeed hot enough. It was a day when I wasn’t feeling well due to the cold weather and physical discomfort. However, thanks to the special and warm coffee from Panera’s staff member Christopher, I was able to enjoy my evening." Thanks again, Chris!!

Really good food, easy to get into, and at times hard to get out of because of the amount of people. Be patient, worth going to.
Baked goods are perpetually stale, coffee is constantly out and made weak, and WiFi internet is not stable. Definitely need to ask for bread to be toasted. However, the staff are friendly and responsive. They have outlets for computers.Vegetarian options: Extremely limited plant-based options.Parking: Ample parkingKid-friendliness: Have a kid's menu
I use Panera for coffee when I travel. I must have been to at least a couple dozens of Panera stores from coast to coast. This has to be the worst by far. Il for both times I stopped at this store. The coffee either was out or not fresh.

Teribble manager today working at this location does not work with the customer , I was asking to manually add the $1 cup of soup that the software was saying I have earned, the young guy at register took phone from me and tried to add the above soup it appeared the Panera software was not working I asked him being a manager to manually add it he refused and told me to leave the store ! He treated me with total disrespect ! I was shocked by this mean person behavior and wonder how he was made a manager here. The is a Panera bread policy if we don’t get your order right we will give it you free! Far from this ! Also a woman with round glasses working here is extremely rude

Really great people work here ? they create a welcoming environment. Their Panera Bread cafe is very clean, the food and coffee are amazing. Lots of healthy options. They also have smoothies. I got the Turkey chili soup with an apple, a large hazelnut coffee, and a Horizon milk for extra protein and calcium. Their menu is so tempting with a variety of delicious sandwiches, pizza, macaroni and cheese, salads, healthy bowls, and of course their famous broccoli and cheddar soup. They have bakery items too, and if you come in the morning, they have a fantastic breakfast menu. They play relaxing music and it’s a good place to chill and eat a healthy meal! Love Panera Bread so much! ?❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love paneras don't get me wrong but this paneras it never fails that something is ALWAYS wrong with my order I used to go at least 2 or 3 times a week now maybe 2 times a month I didn't bother to check today bc how can you mess up a simple salad but they didnt put egg in my goddess Salad it's just disappointing that there is always something wrong not to mention how they have cut the portions in half..we have to do better. ..

Good place and great food . It takes a little longer to get just cooked food . But the wait is always worth it as the bread and tastes are just a treat. Listen the squash soup is a big hit. I also had the avocado and turkey a really great taste. My friend had dietary restrictions and they accommodated her perfectly. I go there every couple of months as it's not close to me but I would always go back to a known quality experience. Front clerk was just wonderful as well.
