Ordered delivery and it was honestly awful. It was like the dough wasn't proofed enough or something. Breadsticks were dry and had these weird dots all over them. Crust was also insanely dry as well.
Too many pizza places in the area to be serving crap like that.

When they delivered, they did not text or call me, they did not read the big sign that was saying ring the bell and just took the food back. After 2 hours when I called and complained the manager did not even once apologized for the incident. We had to pay for Uber to go get the food. It was cold and looked very old. Will not get anything from there.

I placed a pizza delivery order around 10:25 a.m. and requested it as soon as possible. The app showed an ETA of 11:07–11:17 a.m., which was fine — but even 30 minutes past that window, the order was still on the way! I ordered it for an event, and by the time the event ended, the pizza still hadn’t arrived. I’m extremely frustrated because the delivery location is literally just a 4-minute drive away. I’ll never order from here again.

I picked up a medium pizza and wings. I was very disappointed and won't order from this location again. Half of my pizza somehow had original crust and the other half had a hard thin crust. The sauce from the wings was separated into a grease liquid. I didn't eat the wings and couldn't eat all of the slices of pizza (due to crust).

I just called them to place my order than she told me that they have two large two topping pizza when I got for picking up my order they didn’t placed my order correctly wasting my time and even pizza quality was so poor Thanks papa jan for my first order

I would love to give a positive review as this is my local pizza joint and we’ve ordered from them many times. Today I placed an advance order and it has arrived over 20 minutes late. I called to just make sure it was on the way and not being delivered to a wrong address and Michael, who claimed to be the manager, was beyond rude. He told me it’s not his problem and when I asked more, his response was “what you give is what you get”. I wasn’t angry or rude but am completely appalled by this treatment. My kids like Papa John’s and Dominos equally but I’ll opt for the latter every single time because they are professional and Michael is horrific. Way to lose our bi-weekly business!

Owners are stingy and will give you two tiny drizzles of sauce on your wings and demand you pay for a single extra cup of garlic sauce. If you want better, more generous service, go to the Papa Johns on Alrington Blvd.
