When the Peets staff noticed that the person in front of me in the queue was asking a question about every food and drink item on the menu they quickly opened up a new register and took my order - just a medium roast coffee this time. They asked if I'd like to have a real mug or a paper cup. What? A real pre-covid mug? Yes, please. And they warmed up the mug with hot water before filling it with great coffee. Fantastic. The staff at this Peets are helpful, courteous, friendly, and very capable, which is why I keep going here, and I'd vote for them if they ran for public office.

I was there yesterday to pick up small coffee and a plant-based sandwich. I picked up the coffee at my table and because the lid wasn't ON, the entire cup spilled all over my dress slacks, my coat, and all over the table and floor. Someone replaced the coffee but why wasn't the lid on? I was on my way to work and my dress pants and coat were soaked and stained. Why is it that no one bothered to check on my dress slacks that were ruined? Why must people be trained to be decent human beings? So disappointed and annoyed that my favorite pants are ruined.

- too busy of an area and parking is limited, then everyone in the area is super rude and entitled.
- place was clean and organized.
- prices are normal for the area.
- staff were ok and service was about the same.
- overall not a good experience and won't go back due to location.
Coffee is not bad. The lid is complete 4SS though. How is the lid completely on yet coffee is spilling out of the edges (not the mouth opening for drinking)?

The staff here is consistently great. The one lady---the manager maybe(?)---is really friendly and just gives off good vibes. I come by this location whenever I'm in the area and I'm always impressed by the service.

Baristas are nice, and they have good clean study spots with some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating could probably use some protection against vehicles, saw a truck backing in hit a table.
