Love this place! The baristas are quick, learn the names and orders of their regulars, and greet everyone who walks in. There are plenty of tables and seating to have meetings or just sit by yourself to work or read.

When the Peets staff noticed that the person in front of me in the queue was asking a question about every food and drink item on the menu they quickly opened up a new register and took my order - just a medium roast coffee this time. They asked if I'd like to have a real mug or a paper cup. What? A real pre-covid mug? Yes, please. And they warmed up the mug with hot water before filling it with great coffee. Fantastic. The staff at this Peets are helpful, courteous, friendly, and very capable, which is why I keep going here, and I'd vote for them if they ran for public office.

I was there yesterday to pick up small coffee and a plant-based sandwich. I picked up the coffee at my table and because the lid wasn't ON, the entire cup spilled all over my dress slacks, my coat, and all over the table and floor. Someone replaced the coffee but why wasn't the lid on? I was on my way to work and my dress pants and coat were soaked and stained. Why is it that no one bothered to check on my dress slacks that were ruined? Why must people be trained to be decent human beings? So disappointed and annoyed that my favorite pants are ruined.

- coffee was pretty good but the stress of all the dumb customers in the parking lot was too much of a hassle.
- too busy of an area and parking is limited, then everyone in the area is super rude and entitled.
- place was clean and organized.
- prices are normal for the area.
- staff were ok and service was about the same.
- overall not a good experience and won't go back due to location.
