Gotta love a vanilla latte! Nicole and her team are always friendly! This makes for great neighborhood spot to grab a coffee and bite to eat in the morning !!

Eric is a great Barista! He should train the other baristas because it’s a hit or miss especially at $7 a latte.

The best coffee and the best customer service for miles.

One of the rules non-service I see in a long time I stop by for a quick cappuccino break first of all, I have to wait at the register until three ladies finished their discussion and then one of them was nice enough to walk over and ask me what I want and after that once I am receiving my coffee, I asked the young lady if she could add a little bit more milk because the cups seem kind of light and then she start lecturing me about what cappuccino is my afternoon coffee break turn into an aggravated six dollar cappuccino which reminded me not to stop by at this coffee shop anywhere again

I love Peets coffee

Such a nice vibe. The dim lighting and the metallic colors of the place really go together. I got the protein matcha latte, which helped me feel full. I sat down to journal as well, nice coffee shop environment. Just wish there was more variety to the seating options so everyone can find their little spot they love the most. Just a nitpick.

Strange policy update
We have been having a coffee here more than a 4 years . Over the years I have been bringing my service dog here and had no trouble.
Today they decide that they are not excepting service dogs inside for safety reasons. Not sure what’s her position but Laura came up to my table and let me know that dogs are not allowed inside. Tell her that my dog is a service animal she said they are not allowed for safety reasons.

So if you want your morning coffee , please don’t bring your service animal in to the Peet’s coffee in Fairfax corner

This was one of the rudest coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Save your money and have a better day by visiting the one in Chantilly, or go anywhere else. The girls working there have no place in service or hospitality.
Ordered a drink and it was wrong, was scolded on their policies and then she slammed it down saying they would remake it. They then go on to make fun of customers including me later on when I was sitting right there. Of course I’m sure they are not nice people and have tough things going on in their life but this isn’t the job for greeting people in the morning at a coffee shop. Peet’s is such a great place it’s sad that this exists here. Hope they find jobs that fit their mood elsewhere someday.

It’s really nice to have a Peet’s Coffee nearby, particularly when there’s a ton of Starbucks in the area. This location is a nice addition to the plaza, a cozy, quaint spot with plenty of parking nearby.

I’d gotten so used to settling for Starbucks that I’d forgotten the great tasting flavor of Peet’s coffee brews.

The vibe and atmosphere of the coffee shop is similar to any Peet’s location but this has the added benefit of matching the rest of the exterior of the plaza.

Overall, we’re really glad to have this Peet’s nearby.

I used to love going to this cafe a couple of years ago, but now I can't go back and definitely don't recommend it because of the rudeness of the cashier. I walked in today around 10:30 and was shocked by her attitude. She seemed angry even before I got my turn to order, and was extremely disrespectful in front of me and my kids. She was banging on the machines, and when I finally tried to order, she yelled at me wanting me to say my name. She then fiddled with my order, and gave the last cinnamon roll to someone else right in front of me. I felt like she was waiting for me to react so she could get some of the anger out, but I held back because my kids were there. She continued to be rude and even threw my orders to another table!!!. I didn't want to respond to her to avoid upsetting my kids even more. I asked some of the other employees about her attitude, but they didn't want to say anything and seemed afraid of her. I wanted to talk to the manager to resolve the issue, but they told me he wasn't there either. It was frustrating to see them all so stressed out! I'm really upset with the way I was treated today, and I will never be going back to this place again!!!!
