The dessert was plated nicely.
Too much chatting between staff members while customers wait. Only two people ahead of me and this has turned into a 25 minute event.

The sandwich bread was soft.
The coffee was great but I hope the staff could had been a bit attentive and helpful when taking the order. As I brought my own cup and ordered decaf yesterday afternoon, but the barista probably didn't use decaf beans and there was no order tag stick to the cup and thus due to my sensitivity to caffeine, I had diarrhea right after finishing the drink and am still wide awake at 1am this morning. I guess will need to double check whenever if I decide to order again from this cafe.
Also for this specific lady who took my order and prepared my drink. She had no eye contact no hi or any pleasantry to exchange and no announcement when my drink was ready. Even though I was the only person ordering a coffee around 3pm in the afternoon. Usually the service is a lot nicer than this.

Decent drinks and food options but a couple of the baristas are incredibly rude; for instance, had to use a gift card yesterday for my order and the cashier was totally frustrated by this--apparently because they had to re-enter the order.
Seemingly little thing becomes a big thing. Unfortunate. I was a barista for three years and have held a variety of different jobs, so I get it. But it would seem customer service is a thing of the past.
There are a handful of other instances but I think you get it.
Morning staff with amazing service and great customer service

Absolute joke of a coffee shop closing down earlier then they actually close. When we went to order a drink we couldn’t get it because they already cleaned up their equipment before closing time. I wonder if management is aware of this?

I went to this place to grab a coffee, not knowing they were closing in 10–15 minutes. Before ordering, I politely asked the girl if I could still get something, and she said yes. Even so, I apologized for showing up so close to closing time.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte, but she gave me an Americano instead. When I told her that wasn’t what I ordered she reacted with attitude and clearly annoyed, went ahead and made the drink I had actually asked for.
When she was done she just slammed the cup on the table without saying a word, no eye contact, no courtesy at all. She wasn’t polite for even a second.
I even asked her coworker if something was wrong with her, because there was no reason for that kind of attitude and the coworker just said: “she’s just tired”.
Honestly, I find that kind of service unacceptable especially with how overpriced the coffee is. I’m not asking for a favor, I’m paying for a service.
First and last time I go there.

The place is beautiful, with great ambiance and quality products. However, the woman at the counter was very unpleasant and aggressive. Such attitude doesn’t fit a nice place like this.

Had a great time catching up with a friend at this cozy coffee spot. The coffee was smooth and well-made, and the outdoor seating made it even better, comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for conversation. Will definitely be coming back!

Gotta love a vanilla latte! Nicole and her team are always friendly! This makes for great neighborhood spot to grab a coffee and bite to eat in the morning !!
Eric is a great Barista! He should train the other baristas because it’s a hit or miss especially at $7 a latte.
The best coffee and the best customer service for miles.
Good Coffee
One of the rules non-service I see in a long time I stop by for a quick cappuccino break first of all, I have to wait at the register until three ladies finished their discussion and then one of them was nice enough to walk over and ask me what I want and after that once I am receiving my coffee, I asked the young lady if she could add a little bit more milk because the cups seem kind of light and then she start lecturing me about what cappuccino is my afternoon coffee break turn into an aggravated six dollar cappuccino which reminded me not to stop by at this coffee shop anywhere again
