Came for the first time after the owner ate at Honey Pig College Park where I served him. Very nice guy and I love pho and go to VA a lot so I came all the way from Maryland to give it a try and it was super delicious! Lots of different options, the pho came with lots meat and the summer roll and grilled pork roll was super good. The owner’s sister also gave us Thai tea and lemonade on the house and those were actually so good. Honestly best lemonade and Thai tea I’ve ever had.

TASTE (9/10)
I had the Pho Bytes/Combination, a mix of meats, and it was genuinely delicious. I’ve tried Vietnamese food elsewhere before and didn’t like it, but this place clearly knows what it’s doing. Also had Shrimp Joy Rolls as an appetizer, and yes, joyful they were. My wife tried Chicken Pho, and I also ate some but that was not good as mine :)

PRICE (8.5/10)
No complaints. Prices felt fair for what we got. You leave full and happy, not broke.

SERVICE (9/10)
One of the staff kindly showed us how to use chopsticks since we were clearly just going to poke at things with them otherwise. Very sweet of them. Educational and tasty.

ATTITUDE (9/10)
Warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. No fake smiles or robotic behavior, just good vibes.

PLACE (8/10)
Comfortable and inviting. Nothing too flashy, but feels nice to sit in and enjoy your food without distractions.

CLEANLINESS (8.5/10)
Clean and well-maintained. Nothing to raise an eyebrow at.

ADDITIONAL FEES/HIDDEN COSTS (10/10)
No extras. No sneaky fees. Just food and good service, as it should be.

OVERALL IMPRESSION (9/10)
This is how you win someone over to Vietnamese cuisine. Loved the food, appreciated the people, and felt at ease the whole time. Will definitely come again. Might even practice chopsticks next time.

Great tasting Pho and other tasty dishes too. I am sensitive to MSG and I can tell they don't use much in their soup stock. Top quality!

I'm so over this place. The food quality itself is fine, but they are a serious rip off when it comes to beverages and add ons.
My coworkers and I previously ordered their Iced Coffee often, and today they provide cups half full when you ask for Light ice? There is genuinely MAYBE 4 oz of actual liquid in the cups, before the fill the rest of it with ice. I would even be happy to pay an upcharge, or have a large version offered. But to pay $6 each for this is an absolute rip off. Never again.

Not bad but not really all that great either. Considering their prices it's not the best bang for the buck

I had mixed feelings about the self ordering kiosks, I had to try multiple times to swipe my card finally resorting to my chip a few times. I was a bit freaked out and ready to call it quits. My bowl of Pho was hearty and a generous serving. The drinks were reasonably priced which I thought was nice. You don't go for Pho for the atmosphere, but Pho Bytes could use something to give it life, art? Music? Flowers?

Not exactly like other Pho restaurants we have gone to. We both got the noodle soup with beef and tendon but I also got meatballs. Those meatballs were the epitome of mystery meat. They were hard and rubbery. There were the typical veggies. The serving size was big. Each bowl is about $15-16. I was full after mine. The wife has a smaller appetite so a small bowl would be a good option. You have to order at the front register when you walk in. They take the tip before you get your food. Kinda bass ackwards in my opinion. I see no point in going back when so many other options exist due mainly to price and payment policy. Staff was friendly. Eating utensils were in individual plastic bags. Clean. Plenty of parking.

Had to change my rating. Ever since they put "NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE" on their pho....it's been bad. Today was the last time I'll go.....did not even separate the slices of beef so it was like chunks of steak in my pho, when it's that thick and raw it stays raw. Asked for a fork and knife, and made a comment to the owner and they don't care.

The worst service and taste so bad. Coffee was bad and pho smells weird. People who work there were so rude. Bad and bad..

We ordered two cups of coffee and they weren’t even full. Only 2/3 of cup was full and when we had asked about it, they said they measured it correctly. I have never received a cup of coffee that was only 2/3 full.

Their service is terrible. And do you think it's the scissors for the food?
