Always the best pho. I love the touch screen ordering. I actually placed 3 orders at this visit. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my first and last visit. I called in to place an order and specifically requested a Vietnamese-speaking staff member to ensure my order was taken correctly. Despite that, I received the wrong rolls.

When I called back to address the issue, I couldn’t effectively communicate with the person on the phone. Frustrated, I gave up and tried to enjoy my meal. But when I opened the container while heating up the pho broth, I realized the sauce was missing as well.

I called again and asked to speak with the person who took my order. Instead of trying to help, he argued with me and claimed he had repeated the order back to me “several times.” I asked to speak to the manager, explained the situation, and decided to let it go and just eat. Then I noticed even the pho order itself was incorrect.

When I called again to express how poor the service had been, I was told they were “very busy” at the time—which felt more like an excuse than an apology. I was invited to come into the restaurant to speak further, but I wasn’t able to go until two days later due to work.

When I arrived, I asked for the manager. The waitress acknowledged my request but didn’t actually notify anyone. I stood there waiting until another employee came out and asked (twice) if I had placed a to-go order. Only after the second time did he identify himself as the manager.

Once I explained why I was there, he admitted the staff member who took my order didn’t speak Vietnamese well, and that he himself had prepared my order—and forgotten the sauce because they were busy. While I appreciated the honesty, there was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right.

I had just started working in the area and was excited to find a new pho spot, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The staff clearly need better training in both taking accurate orders and handling customer concerns with professionalism.

We LOVED this place! The ginger pho is literally phenonemonal. Never tasted flavors like that in a phonsoup before ever!!! And the lemongrass tofu tice plate was flavor packed as well! Very filling, very substantial. P (preeya) was our server and even though we came in close to closing she was sooo kind and happy to serve us. The entire experience was fantastic and we are excited to come back and bring our friends!

Ps: their thai tea was *SOOOO* good!! I think they put a tiny hint of cinnamon or something in it because it was the perfect fall flavored drink!

I really love Bun Bo Hue, and the flavor here is so rich and satisfying. I also ordered the spring rolls, which have fried egg rolls and grilled pork inside absolutely delicious. You must try the Thai tea here, it’s amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive. Last time, I ordered the grilled pork banh mi, and it was so good I ended up eating two

The grilled lemongrass chicken is the way to go here. I get it with vermicelli, but would also be good in other dishes.

A unique ordering system, similar to a fast-food setup—place your order at the counter for dine-in or takeaway. Service is quick, and the food is pretty decent. I ordered three appetizers and two noodle soups; all portions were generously sized.

Finally found a place that serves authentic, flavorful Bún Bò Huế just like I had back in Vietnam!
Everything was spot on — the broth was rich and aromatic, and the beef was tender to perfection.

My kid is also obsessed with their Crispy Stir-Fried Noodles — definitely a hit!

What impressed me the most was how beautifully decorated and clean the restaurant is — it feels upscale but still cozy. Prices are reasonable too.

The staff and owner are super friendly and welcoming.

10/10 for this spot!

I have been to my fair share of Vietnamese restaurants, this one stands out THE most. The broth is just incredible, veggie beef and chicken. I have to eat only liquids for a few weeks so I have been ordering broth in bulk. It’s like taking a bite of actual food, amazing. Also I’d like to mention the cleanliness of their restaurant, I felt I could eat off the floor. Great place.

The chicken on the bahn mi was some of the best I’ve had on a sandwich.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Hidden Gem with Incredible Service!

Pho Bytes blew me away with both their food and hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed — no pressure, just great vibes.

A special shoutout to Louan, my server, and Devon, both were outstanding. They were incredibly attentive and kind. At one point, Louan noticed I was out of napkins and brought some over without me even asking. That kind of awareness and care is rare and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful.

Now let’s talk food:
I tried both the grilled chicken and the regular white meat pho, and they each brought something special to the table.
• The grilled chicken had a nice smoky flavor — solid 8/10.
• The white meat was tender and comforting — 8.5/10.
And the broth? Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Everything just hit the spot.

If you’re looking for a place that delivers delicious pho and makes you feel truly taken care of, Pho Bytes is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Came for the first time after the owner ate at Honey Pig College Park where I served him. Very nice guy and I love pho and go to VA a lot so I came all the way from Maryland to give it a try and it was super delicious! Lots of different options, the pho came with lots meat and the summer roll and grilled pork roll was super good. The owner’s sister also gave us Thai tea and lemonade on the house and those were actually so good. Honestly best lemonade and Thai tea I’ve ever had.

TASTE (9/10)
I had the Pho Bytes/Combination, a mix of meats, and it was genuinely delicious. I’ve tried Vietnamese food elsewhere before and didn’t like it, but this place clearly knows what it’s doing. Also had Shrimp Joy Rolls as an appetizer, and yes, joyful they were. My wife tried Chicken Pho, and I also ate some but that was not good as mine :)

PRICE (8.5/10)
No complaints. Prices felt fair for what we got. You leave full and happy, not broke.

SERVICE (9/10)
One of the staff kindly showed us how to use chopsticks since we were clearly just going to poke at things with them otherwise. Very sweet of them. Educational and tasty.

ATTITUDE (9/10)
Warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. No fake smiles or robotic behavior, just good vibes.

PLACE (8/10)
Comfortable and inviting. Nothing too flashy, but feels nice to sit in and enjoy your food without distractions.

CLEANLINESS (8.5/10)
Clean and well-maintained. Nothing to raise an eyebrow at.

ADDITIONAL FEES/HIDDEN COSTS (10/10)
No extras. No sneaky fees. Just food and good service, as it should be.

OVERALL IMPRESSION (9/10)
This is how you win someone over to Vietnamese cuisine. Loved the food, appreciated the people, and felt at ease the whole time. Will definitely come again. Might even practice chopsticks next time.

Great tasting Pho and other tasty dishes too. I am sensitive to MSG and I can tell they don't use much in their soup stock. Top quality!
